We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Bentonville for three nights and had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The service was outstanding; the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location was very convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions and amenities. My daughter particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a great bonus for our family. My husband was also pleased with the water pressure in the shower, which he found to be exceptional. Another highlight was the awesome breakfast each morning, which offered a variety of delicious options to start the day right. I highly recommend SpringHill Suites Bentonville for both business and leisure stays.

This is THE place. It was perfectly located with easy assess to everything we wanted and needed. It was clean, very comfortable, and plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Beds were perfect, able to sleep well. Quiet. Breakfast was very good with several great choices. Staff was very accommodating and very friendly, nice, willing to help in whatever we needed. We will stay here again because it was so good. Awesome!

Breakfast was sub par. The oatmeal was always watery. The hot breakfast selection didn’t have much variety day to day. The cut fruit selection looked like it had been put out several days in a row and no variety from day to day. Should leave waffle maker part of the offering everyday. Should check out your competitors bfree breakfast( Homewood Suites)

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. We didn't stay for breakfast, so I cannot speak to that.

The entrance to the property was difficult to find from exiting the highway because of the median. Obviously, this isn't the hotels fault, but some landmarks to identify their driveway might be helpful. (i.e. turn just before Waffle House)

The spacious room and the cleaning staff were always nice. The pool have good hours and they had plenty of towels readily available. Coffee was great and the pastries. security measures were also great .

The front staff was not too friendly, perhaps they were tired but, we barely received greetings and non existing smiles. Breakfast needs improving specially the sausages and eggs. Cereal selection was very limited.

Room was spacious and beds, with the sofa bed, was perfect for our family. Shower was hot, and full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was a luxury. Laundry facilities were helpful and I appreciated they were on the 2nd floor close to our room. Included breakfast was good and varied. Staff were friendly. We didn’t use the indoor pool but many families were and seemed to enjoy it. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby 24/7.

Desk clerks were very helpful with helping us discover Bentonville. We appreciated the information and assistance. Impressed with the large room (2 Queen beds+ pull out sofa). Spacious!

Hot water for morning tea took a while to be set out. It might help to have additional support for the kitchen server during periods when the motel is full.

Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, Breakfast was good, with sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy. also had waffles, cereals and muffins. Staff was freindy.

The entrance into Hotel was in a section of street that was for only 1 direction, there is a backway into the property, but it takes a little time to figure it out.

Upon first entering the lobby, you can see that it’s very well maintained. The assistant manager was the one who checked us in and he was awesome. He gave us extra towels right away because he said he knew us ladies liked to have extra for our hair, which I thought was very considerate of him. He also had a fun personality and was welcoming. We arrived early but he was able to get us checked in even with the big game going on, which we greatly appreciated. The lady who came in after him wasn’t nearly as personable, but she could’ve been having an off day. The room felt surprisingly homey. It was bright, clean, and well decorated. It felt like it was updated recently. The shampoo and conditioner were in bottles mounted in the shower which was convenient and surprisingly decent quality. The shower pressure was insanely good. The beds were comfortable and clean as well. There is a bottle of water and snack in your room as well as coffee, though housekeeping needs to remember to clean under the coffee maker tray. There is a decent selection of snacks available to purchase in the lobby and breakfast was pretty good, but a small area for the size of the hotel. We loved the location as it’s not far from Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges, which is why we were visiting. Overall, I’d say this is adequately priced and I would stay here again.

This isn’t any fault of the hotel, but there’s construction going on and the entrance is very hard to see. It also made it really difficult to get in and out of.

Little outdated but It was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, convenient and easy access to everything.

Could hear kids screaming from the room across the hall, and the attached room could hear conversations clearly!
