We were there for an anniversary party. Our room was top floor, tucked in a corner. It was perfect!!!! Quiet, comfortable and clean. Love that they use Dove toiletries, the little kitchenette was well equipped. We enjoyed everything. The conference venue was smaller but perfect for the anniversary party.

The staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked for more towels, they brought them to me quickly! The room was very comfortable and it was quiet enough!

The elevator was really loud. It would screech as the door opened and closed, which I could hear in my room down the hall. I can't imagine what it would be like in an adjacent room.

Location, recliner chair, full size fridge, dishes available, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Everything seems high in price, outside trash could have been taken care of more and was okay with no room service everyday but again would have liked to coordinate removal of trash.

Beds were comfortable, location was great close to everything but far enough to be fairly quiet.

Had reserved a king suite 10 months in advance through booking.com, upon arrival was told that they were overbooked and all that was available was a twin suite ( 2 full beds), and was also told booking.com dosent guarantee the room you book that they reserve whatever is available in a lump block of rooms. No fault of the motel. The staff worked hard and did everything they could to get us into the room we had booked by the next night.

The dedicated staff to insuring I got a room and calling me to let me know it was ready . As well as location and everything that was offered .

My only complaint isn’t a complaint. But the bed is more firm / springy than I preferred but slept fine .

I loved everything!! The room itself was perfect with a very large, crisp white comfy bed. Very large bathroom with the mirror to match! The kitchenette had everything you would need to make almost anything The indoor pool was so very clean & refreshing I loved it The grounds themselves where beautiful as well!! The gym was nice with everything you need including the very large TV The cleanliness was impeccable & the staff there where some of the kindest I've ever met! The front staff member named Harley definitely went above & beyond to meet all my needs, every single one, literally! He was so amazing, hardworking and efficient with everything he does and his smile never left his face! Also the maintenance man named Mark went above & beyond as well even as far as fixing my flop that I broke while at the hotel lol He was also kind enough to let me hitch a ride with him after work to the local convenient store for some snacks This hotel, the staff, the cleanliness,up to date decor with an amazing, clean pool & the several other great amenities makes it the best hotel stay I've ever had!! I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone & everyone! 5 stars for sure!!

The staff, they where the kindest & most helpful Ive ever encountered! The hotel itself is extremely clean, up to date & fully equipped for all your needs to be met & then some Amazing establishment by far & its centrally located with lots to do, see & eat!

Staff was nice got us checked in first room the power kept blowing went and told them had us moved to a new room fast and easy. Close to everything.

The room was nice and it was in a great location.

Disappointed that there was no breakfast items. I feel they could have had some fruit out!

The room was very comfortable temperature wise. The Bed was comfortable, the sheets and comforter were very soft and there was 4 big pillows. All the appliances worked. The water faucets all worked well, and the water was hot within a minute.

Only negative experience was the last night I was there, a fellow traveler that was in the room above me, must of had insomnia and didn't realize that every time they walked across the floor they were stomping, so I ended up sleeping with ear plugs in.
