Water was warm. My pipes were frozen at home and I couldn't shower for about 2 weeks. It felt great to finally have a proper shower without the use of baby wipes.

Some parts of the building were cold, as if there wasn't proper insulation or sealing. It was in the middle of an arctic blast, and when I went to one of the public restrooms, the toilet seat was frozen to the touch. Also, there was liquid dripping from the ceiling onto the toilet, so needless to say, I got cold very fast, and my body started cramping. Then the sink, in the same bathroom, only gave out cold water, which was straight up painful. In the same area, the staff was also bundled up in the hallways of the convention center. The only attempt of insulation I saw was plastic covering the outside doors, which can only do so much, and blasting heat around other parts of the building is ineffective in reaching the parts that actually need it.

The hotel was very pleasant. We enjoyed it very much. The complimentary drinks were a added bonus and even the Continental breakfast was excellent. The beds were comfortable and I slept all through the night. The staff was very helpful if I needed anything. The room was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back again. Thank you to all the staff, without everyone of you there would not be a great place to go to, to relax.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The staff, the room, the location was excellent. Just sitting in the lobby was very peaceful. Enjoyed every minute of my stay. Could not ask for anything more. I want to thank Kinsey for keeping in touch with me through my stay to see if I needed anything and to find out if everything was going well. I really appreciate that. Kinsey really cares on who stays at the hotel.. In my book, that is excellent customer service. I will always come back to my home away from home. This hotel deserves more than a 10 rating and a 5 star rating. You pay for what you get and more. This hotel is number #1 . I used to go to Branson but now I will be gong to Rogers because of the number #1 hospitality. The atmosphere is very peaceful their and the room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. My girlfriend loved the jetted tub and wants to come back to stay longer. Until next time.......

Love every thing, the breakfast was very good the room location was wonderful we was there for fireworks and our room faced the amp so we didn’t need to leave our room to watch them but of course we did

Check in time was 4:00 it was almost 5:30 before we was able to get into our room

Love the place, staff, location,ECT..

Was told that it was already paid for at check in and at check out, then noticed our card we used to book with was charged at check out without our knowledge. I would have preferred using another card had I been told that it was not paid for yet. A bit upsetting, but we got over it.

Breakfast was good. Staff could not keep up with the volume of guest. Many food items were empty and it took a long time to refill. Breakfast area was very small and there was not enough tables for the guest.

Breakfast buffet was not well stocked.

I didn’t catch her name, but the girl who checked us in was very friendly and informative. Large spacious room.

Roadwork underway made it very difficult to get around and thru to property, concert venue was right next door and people had taken up all the parking, some of the employees were a little rude while serving omelettes and bartending the night before. The pool area and hot tub are quite small compared to how large the hotel is. Lots of kids at all hours so we didn’t get to enjoy a little relaxing soak.

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Ive stayed here and had birthday parties here. Very nice.

The thermostat was locked on 65 which was PERFECT, however I was on the top floor (6th floor, which I wanted) but due to the heat/humidity outside temp in the room only dropped to 71. A bit warm but tolerable. Also, the shower could have been cleaned a bit better - still had cleaner residue on fixtures and walls, should have called the front desk but didn't.

Having a separate living space was ideal for travelling with early risers. I loved that we were so close to so many attractions and restaurants.

I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the hotel amenities. We slept in so missed breakfast and missed happy hour because of our planned outing.

We were not able to check in on time which caused me to get ready in the public bathroom. Staff was very accomodating and set us up at the bar. Staff call ins created the issue but management was super helpfu.
