The Inn was a good location for moving my son to U Ark (15 min drive). This is a very clean, comfortable, slightly older hotel. We anticipate staying here again. My husband found a quiet nook to work from while I slept in. We had a king room with a sleeper sofa for my son. I really liked that the vanity area (which passed through to the shower/toilet room) created a private changing area. It's something I consider when traveling with my son and daughter. Oh, I loved the hinged, light-up makeup mirror. These 50 yr old eyes need one of those!!! For me, hotel breakfast is a quick convenience (with low expectations). I found the Inn's breakfast offering was unique and very acceptable (quiche, cold cuts, cheese croissants, packaged oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal). More important to me... the coffee was good. It's a lovely property.

This is not a deal breaker... We stayed in the building closer to the road. When the wall ac wasn't running, the room felt a little damp (like a water cooler system). You might not notice if staying during a time that doesn't need to engage the condenser (just outdoor air). Again... not a deal breaker.

The outdoor area was so beautiful. And the grounds were east to navigate. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. There was a little place where we could grab free bottled water which was a nice touch.

The breakfast was good. I probably had high expectations for breakfast because several reviews mentioned how good the breakfast was. I thought it was good not great. The rooms were very nice and clean. My room was a little stuffy but could have been just due to time of year i was traveling. I do wish there had been a little ore seating in my room.

We checked in later in the evening and I was greeted by the most lovely gentleman! He boasts to know who to jeer, and he chose me in the best way. I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but you really made my night! The property was lovely, with the historic running Mill! The rooms were modern, spacious, and comfy! Admittedly, we did not spend as long on the property as I would have liked (it's a beautiful place to relax!) but the time we were there was enchanting.

This is absolutely my own fault, but upon exploring the Mill I slid in the mud. I was outside the sidewalk and just misstepped. It did provide my husband and I a funny exchange. 🤗

The staff was amazing. They gave free cookies at check in. The continental breakfast was different than the usual fare. The rooms felt like a cozy bedroom and were very inviting. The pillows were large (just not little squares) and the bed was firm but comfortable. The pond and mill was pretty as well and all the little touches, such as the handle on the front door.

The rooms have an adjoining option which unfortunately if you have loud neighbors this is an issue because it was loud. The bathroom was a little on the small side.

Had interesting decor that might not be for everyone. Like lighting overlooking the bed that was a woman's head. If you dont like statues...it won't be for you. GPS did NOT send us to the right location more than once...So maybe street view it before you go if you don't know the area.

Loved seeing the renovated old mill building. As mentioned by others, the breakfast was very good. I was a bit surprised that it sits on a busy road but that wasn’t disruptive at all. Great location to explore the area and most needed resources are close nearby. Also loved seeing the support of the local humane society!

It was disappointing to see that there is no longer a restaurant, as stated on Booking site, we arrived late after a long drive.

The room was nicer than expected. The furnishings were higher end. The toilet paper was better than you normally get at a hotel. The shower head is tall enough for a basketball player. The free breakfast was very good with lots to choose from.

The room could have used more usb ports. There was only one I could find, but there were other outlets if you brought in a charger to use.

A beautiful historic setting very relaxing even though it’s on the busy street sleeping was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had nice fresh healthy options. cookies when you check in.

Cable tv kept going out, but staff came and reset it. It still had minor difficulties. This was our 3rd stay in 2 years. The only time tv was an issue. We will return again💕

View/privacy on main road will continue to decline as more is built in that area. The deck from the main lobby now has a view of a new gas station so tall trees and more plants will help offer more ambiance at the front of the property to better align with the otherwise beautiful and serene grounds. Facing away from the road is beautiful and well manicured!

Our only regret is that we were only there for a quick overnight stay in the midst of our travels. This facility is a gem!!! We arrived late at night, yet had a very personable check in experience! The rooms were each uniquely arranged and decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable! We had excellent choices of breakfast items and enjoyed them in what can only be described as a small scale botanical garden! Our check out experience continued to meet high, personable standards! We highly recommend this property!
