Nothing, really

I have stayed in many different hotels in Fayetteville, visiting my daughter at U Arkansas, and this is hands down the best hotel experience I have had there. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and everything was quite clean - all for about what I paid for much less comfortable/clean rooms elsewhere. It's also conveniently located by all the big box stores to furnish/decorate/set up dorm room. (Plus there is amazing thrifting near by if you're into that sort of thing!)

Restaurant and bar wonderful and convenient. The staff were very friendly and professional. Room was extremely comfortable. Very peaceful!

Members of the staff were very nice and helpful. The fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate in the early morning. The staff was helpful to get everyone out of the building and let us know when it was safe to return.

Great location and close to the University of Arkansas. Many restaurants close by.

Staff was great. Room was nice.

Easily could hear creaking boards above me and loud bathroom sounds from upstairs. A/C unit had to be either set to heat or A/C. No Auto options for regulating to a specific temp no matter the weather.

The staff were excellent and managed well. During busy times two people were at the front desk and I never had to wait. FIVE STARS!

way over priced NO hotel should cost over a $180 a night so disappointed in this market becoming over priced..

I liked that it was close by food options and the jacuzzi add to the pool area for the adults!

I didn't like the fact the bar wasn't open Saturday to sit and drink but no other complaints.
