The staff was super nice and everything was spotless

I wish there was a few more coffees in the room there was only 3 and I stayed 3 nights I'm a heave coffee drinker,but I knew if I needed more all I had to do was ask. Another thing I'd there needs to be a light in the bed area that comes on with the overhead light all I had was the lamps and a wall light to try and study for a career changing exam I did most of my studying in the rolling chair in the bathroom so I could see

I didn’t like the fact that management let 25-30 bikers park their motorcycles under the drop off/ pickup awning in the front door. They had the whole entrance blocked. You couldn’t even get a luggage cart out the front door to get to your car. It was a maze just to walk to the front door. Made 4 attempts to talk to management to get them moved. Never a thing done. Not only was it a big inconvenience but a huge fire hazard as well.

The bacon was AMAZING!!

Beds were very uncomfortable. I don't normally have issues anywhere, nor am I the type to write complaints. The beds were so hard, and I couldn't ever get comfortable. Other than that, everything was great.

It was is a good location central to everything we wanted to do, very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous

Breakfast could also use a waffle maker, not everyone likes pancakes

Hotel very nicely decorated. Lobby was comfortable and very roomy to hang out or read. Staff very friendly. Bed comfortable and shower nice!

Doors being slammed when closing due to being heavy and this was loud at night and early morning when trying to sleep.

Alarm clock was not cleared by staff. Not fun getting woken up at 5:20 with an infant in the room by the alarm clock set by previous occupant. Toilet was not secured to floor. Besides those things the stay was good. Great location and clean facilities.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Will be staying here anytime we are in the Springdale/Fayetteville area. Bonus...checkout was at 12 p.m.

The noise level on our floor was terrible, breakfast was served later than what we needed.
