Inside the rooms were nicer than I expected. The room was clean and comfortable. It felt more like a higher end hotel than the budget motel it was. I would stay there again...if everything was booked in Fayetteville, like it was on our trip. The exterior was freshly painted and it looked like they were improving the appearance.

The exterior was freshly painted, but they had some deferred maintenance that made it look sketchy at night. The doors were in rough shape, but I overhead they were in the process of painting them next. In the morning, it looked like several had been sanded down to paint. They looked damaged at night, when we got there. Our hinge lock was broken, and there were rust runs down the metal stairs, as well. The drop-down ceiling tiles in the bathroom needed to be replaced to match how nice the rest of our room looked.

Pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was through the night. Most motels you can hear your neighbors through the walls. Very clean and comfortable, as well as. Bobbie in reception was extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend this location!!

Unfortunately I thought I asked for a non-smoking room but I guess I didn't but the young lady was very kind and used an air cleaner. Unfortunately it helped a little but not really. But I liked the fact they tried. The pool was clean and inviting. I which I had more days to take a swim.

Easy access to room-opened to the parking lot. Ice machine and washer/dryer close by. Rooms were big; microwave, frig, coffee pot, iron, ironing board and blow dryer were included. There’s a McDonald’s right next door and other restaurants really close by. Rooms were clean and well-stocked. Nice furniture, comfy chair and a desk chair.

We like a handheld shower head, but we’re spoiled.

This property was way better than expected for the price. clean and spacious rooms. Very nice staff, quiet well lite area.

The site says breakfast included. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST, which was disappointing since I had kids with t me. There is a McDonald’s next door.

Ac works great, tv channels are awesome

The room had an extreme smell of smoke and on blanket had a hole like if something burned it

It's rundown and needs repair and upgrading to modernize it. Breakfast was grab and go and it sucked pool was closed

Friendly staff. The smoke alarm in my room needed a new battery. The owner changed it immediately. Rooms are spacious and very quiet. Good location.
