It was like most typical hotels, not really much more. I like to see a beef sausage, maybe sausage patties along with the links offered to provide some variety. And some form of potatoes would also be nice.

This not a complaint!!!!!! I mentioned to the front desk staff that the bathroom light in room 303 really should be replaced. When you tun the light it strobes very brightly on and off. This did not bother me, but cause someone, especially a child who has problems with seizures to immediately go into a seizure which would not be good.

It was very comfortable.

When I got there, I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes or more, waiting for someone to check me in. I called the hotel to tell them I'm at the front desk. They really need a bell to ring for assistance. Also, I wish the curtains would close all the way. They had the sheer ones that did, but the ones that would keep the light from coming in were designed not to close all the way.

Breakfast was good. The bed were comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The fact that you guys do not have a hot tub you really need to change your photos on booking sites because that’s the only reason I booked this room with my son wanted a hot tub. After we moved our daughter into her apartment in Fayetteville. That is false advertisement.

It was a location that worked great for us. Close to the University and easy to get in and out of. The staff was probably one of the most courteous and friendly I have ever come across. We will stay there again because of that.

There was nothing to dislike. It was a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was decent. Very small area for guest to eat in, so I had to come back when the lobby was full. Waffle machine, eggs, breakfast meat, biscuits/gravy, and some pastries.

Not that you can change this, but only one elevator was a bit annoying. Wish there was more space in the breakfast area.

Nothing ….housekeeping doesn’t come and clean the rooms. Found several ants in my first room but staff was really good about getting me another room. Overall staff was great and very accommodating but the hotel was not that cleaned

Room was clean and quiet. My only complaint would be that it was uncomfortably warm in the room. Air conditioner didn't help much. I suspect it was because of the third floor location.

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ashley and her co worker.

Inside bathrooms were dated and would be nicer if they were updated. No ventilation in bathroom also.

The room was very nice. I liked the shower and all the comforts in the room. The parking was good.

The bed could have been more comfortable.

It was very close to the college which was great for us. I like how it was decorated for the University of Arkansas. It was very clean and a great price.
