The whole concept of the Avid Hotel is great. The location is great. A few little tweaks and it will be awesome.

The bathroom shower could have been cleaned better. The staff was not at the front desk when I needed something. When she showed up she came in from outside, so I don't know if she was taking a smoke break or what. Need healthier breakfast options--too many processed foods. We got water out of the dispenser, and it was awful. Maybe it needs maintenance?!

The room was exceptionally clean and the temperature was nice and cool when we went inside, which was great because it was scorching hot outside! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable the sheets were nice and clean and smelled great. The TV was huge and easy to work and even had a check out feature on it! I will definitely be staying again if I come back to Fayetteville.

There's honestly nothing bad I can say about this hotel.

The bed. The Parking. The cleanliness. The grab and go section.

*The 1:30 am fire alarm that no discernable reason could be found for it happening. The trip down 4 flights of stairs. My husband wouldn't go, So at least I would have been able to cash in on his accidental policy... lol *The rooms are COZY. They work for 2 people in a King room but the space has been 200% maxed out. At least I now know my husband and I will not be purchasing a tiny house...ever. *Not sure why, but our GPS kept trying to take us to Planet Fitness.....hmmmmm... *We had thought about using Avid in Bentonville and Tulsa. But when I asked your front clerk what it meant that there was "no parking" at Avid in the Hills in Tulsa, she had no idea you had Avid in Tulsa. The next morning I asked her was there an Avid in Bentonville and she replied "Is there??"

The staff at check in were very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfy and the location was excellent to where we were going. The coffee was AMAZING! It literally had beans and it grinded them right there and tasted so good!!!!

The room was a little smaller than I expected. Our bathroom door did not shut all the way. The towels were not very soft at all, they needed some fabric softener.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Rooms were very clean.

I had a few issues with the tv. I was trying to connect it to my laptop with an hdmi so I could use netflix but it would stretch the screen after a few minutes of being connected. It would have been nice if it had all the streaming services on the tv so I could just sign in.

Great front desk staff & good breakfast for toddler. Very comfortable.

I could not get the keyless entry to work and had to go back down with my load and a toddler. A little inconvenienced. Not sure if there were other options because I didn’t check but only had a stand in shower which I love but needed a tub for toddler to bathe in.

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is nice. I also like that fresh coffee is available 24/7.

On the day of the football game that almost everyone staying at the hotel was attending, we assumed we would have had housekeeping - but when we got back to our room in the afternoon, there had been no housekeeping. That was disappointing .

Very clean. Friendly. Breakfast set up was best ive seen. Coffee was great. Beds very comfortable. The grounds and patio were neat and pleasant.

Atmosphere of room not my style. No decor or easy chair. A bit cold and impersonal. More lean and utilitarian. However, my perspective is probably more due to my own different preferences . The hotel was pretty full and popular.

We just stayed one night, I wish we could stay longer, everything was perfect though. Location, cleanliness, brand new property, coffee available 24 hours, staff, beds

The air conditioner was quite noisy during the night and made it difficult for us to sleep. We hope this can be addressed.

I didn't like that wasn't a indoor pool. And on my first first someone complained about heavy footsteps and wanted me to get another room. We was sleeping at the time of the complaint. Instead of asking me about the noise the just wanted me to switch rooms. Why didn't they suggest the person with complaint to switch their room instead. But everyone in my room was asleep
