We always stay here every time we visit Fayetteville. Always someone friendly and helpful at the desk. Rooms are always clean and nice. We had an issue with this stay where the power to the room went out as soon as my daughter hit the start button on the microwave. I went to the front desk to let them know, hoping we wouldn't have to move rooms, or worse, no other rooms available. The lady went right into action to resolve the issue. She looked for problems in the room even with the struggle of getting to the power strip. She had to go to a breaker box or something. She was able to fix the power. It took no time at all. I was grateful it was fixable! Things happen but when they do, getting great help and service makes all the difference! (We have stayed several times here before and never have had a problem. So this was a random incident) Let me add, this a great place for families! Breakfast is always good also.

There's nothing I don't like. I would complain about prices, but everything is going up. The price is worth it for a dependable stay. Always clean, friendly staff and great location!

Everything was fine. Especially liked dog friendliness and the well equipped breakfast including some changes for the warm meals every morning. Beds really really comfortable and staff extremely helpful at all times. Pool area nice if you’re travelling with kids.

Gym without anything to do muscle training, unfortunately

The lady who checked me in was soooo friendly and check in was a breeze. I came down looking to buy some bottled water at around 11:00 at night and the young man behind the desk gave me two cold bottles of water in a cute little bag. No charge. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Indoor pool area was too humid and hot

Like the breakfast menu Plenty of variety, I had a lot of choices. Things were laid out well. Everything seemed to be well kept, clean, and fresh smelling.

Really can't think of something that needed to be changed. It met all my expectations.

The hotel was clean, and staff was friendly. breakfast was good a lot of different varieties.

We had a two queen room, but I think the beds were full and the fourth floor hallway, smelt musty. The pool was a little small.

The room, the breakfast and they let me stay hour later than check out time. Cleanliness and location

The Hilton self check in did not work but the staff at reception were great, everything went smooth and quick. Room was the one we selected, quiet and comfortable.

We stayed in a room over the front entrance. The curtain is inside the window frame making an intense light frame around the curtains. We didn’t sleep well because of this. Too much light was able to get in around the curtain.

I thought the room was comfortable.

The view of the storage yard behind me was not so attractive and the shower was very weak.

Breakfast was great, had a variety so we all had things that we liked. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was clean as was everything else.

Thought when we booked the room there was a hot tub as well as the pool, found out when we got there that the hot tub had been taken out.
