We always stay here every time we visit Fayetteville. Always someone friendly and helpful at the desk. Rooms are always clean and nice. We had an issue with this stay where the power to the room went out as soon as my daughter hit the start button on the microwave. I went to the front desk to let them know, hoping we wouldn't have to move rooms, or worse, no other rooms available. The lady went right into action to resolve the issue. She looked for problems in the room even with the struggle of getting to the power strip. She had to go to a breaker box or something. She was able to fix the power. It took no time at all. I was grateful it was fixable! Things happen but when they do, getting great help and service makes all the difference! (We have stayed several times here before and never have had a problem. So this was a random incident) Let me add, this a great place for families! Breakfast is always good also.

There's nothing I don't like. I would complain about prices, but everything is going up. The price is worth it for a dependable stay. Always clean, friendly staff and great location!

The property was very nice- the rooms were clean, the selection for breakfast was very good. Anne who checked us is was very nice, and Floyd who checked us out was very friendly. This is my second stay here and I will definitely recommend to friend/family to stay here when visiting Fayetteville! :)

The pool was too cold to enjoy for longer than 10 minutes but it was still a nice swim!

Breakfast, but you should make the omelets every day! Dog friendly, although I didn’t know so I didn’t bring my dog. The pool was super nice and clean and not too cold!

Non-working refrigerator and had to move rooms after unpacking all the way, room could have been a better clean (crumbs in the cloth chair, shower wasn’t the cleanest, and our first room didn’t smell great but the second one did).

Everything was fine. Especially liked dog friendliness and the well equipped breakfast including some changes for the warm meals every morning. Beds really really comfortable and staff extremely helpful at all times. Pool area nice if you’re travelling with kids.

Gym without anything to do muscle training, unfortunately

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. It was as an overall good experience. We’ll be visiting family in Farmington more often and will definitely stay at the Hampton. And it was quiet!

It was all good, no complaints.

I've noticed that the bathroom tissue is left over rolls, at least one fresh roll would be nice so we don't have to ask for more.

The lady who checked me in was soooo friendly and check in was a breeze. I came down looking to buy some bottled water at around 11:00 at night and the young man behind the desk gave me two cold bottles of water in a cute little bag. No charge. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Indoor pool area was too humid and hot

Like the breakfast menu Plenty of variety, I had a lot of choices. Things were laid out well. Everything seemed to be well kept, clean, and fresh smelling.

Really can't think of something that needed to be changed. It met all my expectations.

The hotel was clean, and staff was friendly. breakfast was good a lot of different varieties.

We had a two queen room, but I think the beds were full and the fourth floor hallway, smelt musty. The pool was a little small.

Shower had amazing pressure, beds comfy, staff amazing especially Emily and Savannah!

Wish fan on ac would run constantly, we like the noise while we sleep.
