when I told the front desk I had a service dog, with which they did not allow pets, Not one single complaint. Filled out the proper paperwork for her, and I was able to take her to my room. I'm fairly new to the service animal thing. So I'm very pleased with there acceptance of her.

they're using the swimming pool area for storage of beds. Are they Old or New? They very well could have put the old back into the bag that the new ones came in. We don't know. Also, there were no light bulbs in the lamp on the table.

Well my husband is working up there, and I decided to go to the pool and while I was there the construction crew came to the pool and 1 of the guys just stripped down to his underwater and jumped in. I did not feel comfortable at all since there was no one else there. I thought it was very inappropriate to say the least. And yes his underwater was all he had on. No cool at all

The bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean. The swimming pool was great, especially for a handicapped person such as myself. It was clean and cool and very accessible! The location was close to everything. I do not remember being bothered by any sounds. Registration, check in and check out were seamless. The price was excellent, and it was last minute. Best value overall for any in the area. Love booking.com!

Some of the furniture in the room was in need of updating.

The room was super comfy. The bed down to the bathroom. I had the handicap room I believe and the bathroom was very large and roomy.

Location right on the highway but it wasn't a huge deal. The room was quiet even though I was on the highway side. But if I had to pick one thing that would be it.

Breakfast was good .. waffles sausage egg sandwich Enough choices to satisfy your hunger!

Pool could have been a little cleaner, but was enjoyable on a hot day

There was a man smoking pot on the balcony near our room later in the evening.

I asked for a receipt and she couldn't print one out to me she had to talk to the manager because there was some discrepancy or something with my booking.com rate and their rate I'm not even sure what I got charged yet I still have not received an email they said they would email my receipt

It felt very welcoming and the staff was very polite the room was big and the bathroom and beds where very neat and clean the pool is perfect well kept grounds very convinentint and close to everything.

Not enough lighting the breakfast was laking variety

I wish the bath tub was deeper when you pay a premium for one
