Welcoming staff, building is very updated and clean. The gym was the perfect size and did not have a bunch of windows for people to look in while you are working out which is a huge plus for me! Free laundry! Full size fridge and a stove in room. We were able to save money and cook our own meals.

No breakfast offered. Which wasn’t a huge deal since we could make our own in the room.

The staff was very friendly. I love the convenience of the location of the hotel it was within walking distance of everything that we needed to get to if we did not feel like driving.

There was nothing that I really did not like except for the extra $150 fee that I was charged that I do not remember paying before, I have stayed there twice before and do not remember the extra 150 that supposed to go back on my card which I have not received yet.

Every single thing about this hotel, staff and experience was perfect! The hotel staff always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. If we needed anything they were there for us. We were there during a tornado warning and they made sure everyone was secure. Everything was very safe and clean!

The only thing that would have been better was a breakfast being served. But we were still okay with that.

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in for very long time:) They had an over abundance of amenities, and the staff was so helpful on finding me places to go during my visit. I loved the 24 hour desk service and all of the snack options they provided. I honestly think the best part was all the high-end products in the bathroom! Definitely will book again ♡

Perfect for visiting the area, terrific location with restaurants nearby and only a short taxi into town, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the rooms were clean and fresh. Ultimately the hotel staff were lovely, helpful and friendly, definitely returning to this hotel next time I visit Fayetteville.

we liked it all with only 2 things we only had 2 full size beds in our room which would be great for singles but very tight for couples and there were wrappers around the bed from candy, so all the rest was great.

The room was very nice and the hotel was located close to everything. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was great! We will be back to stay here when in Fayetteville.

The room itself and the comfy bed and chairs. Having the gas station right there was also handy. They were doing renovations.

They had a small parking lot, the carpet in our room was badly stained. They were doing renovations though. The bathroom had mold by the air intake vent.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to go to the location and stay there for the night. I also enjoyed how comfortable the whole place looked, and it was quite comfortable.

I didn't like how they were still renovating the place. It was a big surprise, but it didn't really worry me too much.

The person who checked us in was SOOOO rude. It was 6:30p and she said our room wasn’t ready because of the amount of check outs and we had a suite. I, of course, said something because check in was at 3, it was 6:30 and her answer was extremely rude and non apologetic. The next day front person was amazing! So accommodating!

Needed updated but they were started on updating
