Location was easy to find. Room was as described. Staff were efficient, and pleasant. Maid replenished towels without being asked. Was able to add a second night with a phone call. Breakfast service had plenty of choices, and the attendant was friendly and dining area clean and well stocked. Coffee and ice water are provided in the lobby. There is coin operated laundry by the vending. Despite this being a motel, I felt safe. We used the indoor pool and it was very cool water despite being steamy.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beds were well made each morning with extra care taken for my kids' blankies and stuffed animals.

We were in town for a robotics competition that required some early mornings. We were told by the hotel that the kitchen area would be open for an earlier-than-normal breakfast but nobody from the hotel notified the kitchen staff. It was remedied on the second day. Additionally, I was charged twice for my stay - once through booking.com and once by the hotel. The Best Western did remedy this after it was called to their attention.

The location was convenient to the university. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a little outdated but nice.

The only bad experience I had was at check-in. The person at the front desk was not friendly at all and acted like he did not want to be there. He seemed annoyed that I was there to check in. His attitude gave a negative first impression for my first time staying at a Best Western.

Easy access to and from the hotel. Staff were very friendly, even just walking in the door they would say hello. I liked the layout of the hotel. The room was very spacious, very clean and enjoyable.

I cannot think of anything we didn't like. We never accessed the breakfast as we always ate at a relatives house.

I do love this motel I tend to stay here every time I come to Fayetteville for my oncology appointments.

No elevator to climb to the 2nd floor. Also breakfast wasn't as good this time as normal. When we went to eat about 730 there were several things that were empty. I didn't see a worker to ask about it. Also hot water wasn't very hot. I had it all the way on in the shower and it never reached a hot temp. Same with the bathroom sink

Property had great outside sitting areas. Great for pets. Pool was clean and water temperature was comfortable. Great Breakfast.

The front desk person I talked to was "just kinda there" took care of my issue, but just didn't seem happy to be there. Not sure if he was just having a bad day. Still polite.

Room was clean and well stocked with necessities. Lots of hot water with great shower head pressure. Nice King size bed. Fluffy pillows, and towels.

Lots of freeway noise, curtains did not block out the outside light, Controls for heater/AC unit had no cover to block bright blue lights from shining on the ceiling. Slow sink drain.

Very friendly staff, clean property, air conditioner was on when I got there, typical breakfast. I've had worse. Brett at the front desk is amazing. My hero. Went way above to help get us, didn't have to do anything. Thanks so much Brett!

Rooms are outside. I feel less safe but that isn't anyone's fault and I could have researched and learned that.

Great location. Big spacious room and a comfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub was fun. Good breakfast and very friendly employees

Room smelled a little musty. We were in 205 by the pool.

Did not care for the egg and cheese tacos. The French toast was mot worth having. The biscuits were Great? But the butter was Frozen! The yogurt and coffee were wonderful.

The bacon French toast Pillows were too soft!!!
