Fabulous stay. Pretty hotel and close to the freeway for easy access. Very nice front desk personnel. The beds are VERY comfortable, clean and the rooms are large. Very quiet rooms. Not too far from Fayetteville. Easy drive. The breakfast was fresh and a small variety of food was provided. Fruit, Cereal, Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Bacon, an assortment of Breads and Plain Yogurt with Blueberries. The area was very clean.

There was no USB plug in the room like a lot of hotels have in them now. I had one, but for some reason it wasn't working. **The front desk was very kind to let me have one that someone had left. Just make sure you have one with you. Breakfast was $15 Extra per person, but probably should have cost under $10 due it being very basic and fewer choices, but it was nice not to need to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Checked in on Thanksgiving and went to the bar for a drink and meal. Bartender made us great drinks and was very accommodating and friendly with the meal. Front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and after a little wait to let someone's little ones enjoy the hot tub, I had a nice relaxing soak. Breakfast was good and overall experience was exceptional.

Breakfast was not included. However, after comparison, meal rates were on point. Was not amused with all the kids in the pool/hot tub area, but there were no issues with them...just my crankiness. Would be lovely if hotels were able to have a "kids pool" room separate from those wishing to relax without kids. Again, can't complain about the hotel for this, and all kids were rather well behaved. I was simply in town for an unpleasant visit and was cranky :P

Location was great and the room was comfortable. I was pleased with the quietness of the facility as it facilitated my work schedule and needs.

The "King" bed was actually an extra large double bed and this was only an issue due to my feet hanging off the end of the bed even though I am only 6-1

Beautiful fountains greeted you long with fresh cookies. Spacious with full service restaurant and bar. Excellent value compared to other nearby hotels. Staff was courteous and helpful, filling our water bottles with ice to go.

Too much walking for handicapped husband as we were on the seventh floor. Luggage cart required multiple trips to get and return.

The value was terrible. While the room was nice and breakfast was very convenient, it was definitely not worth $730 for two nights! In comparison, I’m going to Central Europe in two weeks and my stay at luxury hotels in major cities/tourist destinations costs less per night than my stay did at the Embassy Suites in Springdale, Arkansas booked two months in advance.

I rarely write or provide reviews but this is an exception. The guest service associate, Mac, was the most helpful, friendly, and the most accommodating of anyone I’ve ever meet through my travels. He contacted me prior to my arrival and couldn’t have been nicer or more pleasant to speak with. Upon our arrival, there was a minor drainage problem with the lavatory sink and he was eager to correct the problem, and did so without hesitation and the issue was resolved. If you’re planning to be in this area, I strongly suggest you consider staying there. Great location, plenty of easy access parking, clean and rooms are well stocked for a guest needs, with incredibly comfortable mattresses, pillows, and the perfect bedding. I can’t say enough great things or have more pleased with the guest services, and it was due to Mac and his attention to detail, professionalism and desire for all guests to be provided for and attentive. Here’s your place to stay and if you’re lucky, Mac will be at the desk to take great care of you! -Michelle Spencer

nothing except nightly rate a little on the high side

A children's sporting event was taking place near by and it was great to see all the families. Front desk notified me that noise curfew was for 10 PM. After that I never heard any of the "happy" sounds until the next morning about 9 AM. (I'm a Sr. citizen and I still love hearing the laughter that comes from being around children for awhile.

Took a little while for the TV to warm up and have a good steady picture. Carpet in the room had seen a better day.

We loved it all!!:Our second stay here... it is wonderful! These people know customer service... they should be teaching it to other businesses!

The room AC was hard to adjust, and it was very cold. We figured out how to keep it comfortable!

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

There was a water leak in the room we stayed at some point. The floor in the bathroom was wet and it had a mold smell. The exhaust fan did not work I. The bathroom. The lighting at the side entrance was poor and there were people hanging around that entrance that made us feel uncomfortable walking up in a dimly lit area. Breakfast was not complimentary, that was not made clear until we were asked about a check. If we knew we were going to pay for a breakfast, we would have went somewhere else, the breakfast was not worth the price.

I live for comfort and a happy wife. This Hotel was exactly that giving my family one of the best night sleep I've had in a long time

I didn't have time to get to the bar. Lol The atmosphere was amazing unfortunately I had work so early. NOTHING BUT POSITIVITY FROM ME
