Location was good , far enough away from the highway to be fairly quiet. The surrounding lighting in the parking lot, was not intrusive like many other hotels who have lights that are way too bright on the outside hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable.

In all honesty, the breakfast was sufficient, but could have been a little better. The egg cheese omelettes, we’re not very good, neither was the turkey sausage, the pancake machine was out of order. The bananas were completely green. But it still worked in a pinch, I’m not a real complainer, only expressed my concern here, because it was on the questionnaire

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This included the front desk and housekeeping staff. The breakfast offering was also very good and offered a lot of choices. The hotel was very quiet which we really appreciated.

We stayed in a room with two queen beds which left little room to maneuver in the room. The desk chair was crammed into one corner of the room and an additional chair was crammed into the opposite side of the room. We had the chance to look inside a room with only one king and that room provided a nice sitting area. In hind site, that would have been a better choice. We were gone most of every day so it wasn't a huge issue but had we planned to spend time in our room, it would have been a problem. Also the refrigerator was too large for the space and the door in front of it would not completely shut which made the walking path that much tighter.

Large room with kitchen. Very large bathroom. Convenient location half way from LA to LV. The outlet is literally in the same car park.

Not able to use digital credit card/ Apple Pay: mandatory to have a physical card to perform the payment. I understand it for the deposit, but not for the room payment. Night lady wasn’t really friendly, but the one in the morning was helpful explaining hotel policies. Outdated room furniture.

The staff is always cheerful and respectful. The place is quiet and comfortable and always impeccably clean. The breakfast is always good, and they always have a wide variety of things to eat in the morning no matter what you are in the mood for. Oh and they always have cookies baked at night for when you check in.

There isn't anything that I didn't like.

Bed was very comfortable and amenities in the room were so useful. We appreciated the breakfast too. The Holiday Inn Express in Paso Robles was quite a bit nicer with a larger modern bathroom and much better breakfast choices. Still much better than most comparable hotels.

Small and ordinary bathroom and breakfast was disappointing

Location has parking for trucks and trailer. Many different choices of food nearby. Clean facilities every time I have stayed. Staff have always been very welcoming.

At times, certain doors not operational. A few times some jerk parks his out of state work truck in front blocking the entryway lane.

Welcoming staff/lady at front desk. Room was clean and had microwave/fridge/coffee maker/nice desk area/ comfy beds/shampoo conditioner & shower gel in shower/close to gas, shopping, restaurants! We were very pleased as we had just driven from New Mexico and wanted to just get a clean room to relax. The staff and hotel amenities are wonderful!

The cleanliness of the room, the size was one of the largest we have ever stayed in. The jetted tub was amazing after a long drive! Our bed was perfect and slept like a baby. The breakfast was great, many choices, clean and the staff was accommodating.

The breakfast folks wouldn’t refill the waffle mix even though there were people who wanted it and were waiting for it 20 minutes before breakfast closed.

The room was very cleaning, the bedding was very comfortable. The young lady in the free breakfast area was a very hard worker and kept the area very clean and neat.
