I did enjoy the room at this hotel – the bed was very comfortable. The room was well organized; There were lots of storage spaces, and tables so I had no problem, putting stuff away. I liked having grab bars in the bath, too. The staff was informative, friendly, and interested. Location was great too – close to the Arboretum and downtown. I could walk, shop, and hang out with friends.

The property was very nice. A restaurant and bar connected to the hotel provided easy access to dining. Location was in the heart of Davis so was easy to walk to shops & restaurants.

The property was fairly noisy at night with the late night student partying outside the hotel and the train. We were provided ear plugs to help with the noise.

Great location! The room was wonderful and clean. The staff were attentive and polite.

The parking situation is a hassle! I have a bigger car and I couldn't park sometimes due to the compact nature! I had to park overnight outside and was worried about getting a ticket!

It is centrally located to shops, restaurants, coffee and parks. 1 block from the Farmers Market. The jacuzzi room with balcony was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The switch for the jacuzzi is awkwardly placed. Everyone kept accidentally turning on the jacuzzi since it looks just like the light switch, especially at night.

The hotel used to provide breakfast at the attached restaurant but doesn’t now. Room heater/air conditioner was so noisy, we had to shut it off to sleep. On a warm night, this would be a problem. In general, we enjoy staying here, but regret the loss of breakfast despite much higher room rates.

Location is amazing and great for going out later. When I checked in there were two reservations under my name which there shouldn’t have been. The front desk was quick to fix the situation. A non-guest attempted to park in their garage and they fixed that situation as well. All around pretty good property.

The internet was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I was not able to get on and night crew was unable to assist. I tried using their mini business lab for their internet and that was having issues as well.

Our first night, our room was directly over the restaurant kitchen and the crew did not turn off the exhaust system. It was so noisy that we had to change rooms around midnight to get any sleep (the staff came to our room and agreed that it was ridiculously loud). Our second room was very nice.

Staff is always outstanding. Rspecially Antoinette. She is extremely professional, accomodating, warm & friendly!

Bathtub stopper did not work. Was looking forward to a hot bath after my massage. I bought a package of Eucalyptus Mineral bath foam, then was unable to run my bath. It was on my last day, so I didnt bring it to anyones attention

Breakfast was not included. Location was great for visiting UC Davis, walking around downtown, hiking the arboretum trails, etc. For those who prefer walking, this location is perfect. The room was huge, with an amazing bathroom. Quiet, and comfortable.

A better equipped fitness room would have been nice. It's pretty bare bones.
