Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the extra sink, countertop and cabinets in the kitchenette area.

Unfortunately, the room smelled of smoke, but I can't recall whether or not I requested a non-smoking room at the time of booking. The only other issue - THAT I AM STILL TRYING TO GET RESOLVED - is that no-one EVER answered the phones, and although I was able to leave a voice message each of the 5 or 6 times I tried to call, NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK***I AM STILL TRYING TO FIND OUT WHEN THE $40 DEPOSIT I WAS CHARGED WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO MY ATM CARD.***CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE FOR ME AND GET BACK TO ME? Thank you.

Heads up - It is significantly cheaper to book at the front desk than through Booking.com. Staff was lovely when I asked for an extended checkout while I wait for my dog to wake up from surgery. Room exceeded my expectations for cleanliness considering it was the cheapest option within 50 miles. The rooms were nicely updated and renovated. No complaints here!

Staff was rarely in the office, could be frustrating but I appreciated them and their kindness.

Since new management, the motel has significantly improved--more attention to improving the upkeep, cleaner , more cared for rooms, and swimming pool area seems more inviting. There is a feeling of family and friendliness with animals and children. Love the location and easy access to stores, restaurants. Love that cigarette smokers are more accountable to respect property. The front desk staff are outstanding. Very focused, actively listen, considerate, efficient, accommodating, aware, intelligent, professionally caring. TV selections are decent. Good movies.

Well, I wish there were bathtubs. Only showers but I understand. Easier to keep clean? Wish there were ironing boards and irons available.

The property is amazing! perfectly clean at all times with an incredible staff that does nothing but assist you with your every needs. Mr Abhi the manager is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, caring and nicest person I have ever met. He made sure that I had everything I needed and that all my questions were answered. He even went the extra mile and gave me recommendations for the future. I felt at home the whole time and would recommend any day to anyone visiting the city. 10/10 experience.

Close to my work. Actually quite surprised for the price what you get. Nice little convenient laundry facility too.

Only thing was the sink pipe came loose and wound up leaking water and I had to soak it up with some towels. That was pretty much it

Found a dead bug above the bathroom door. Shower floor got wet while the shower was running. Sheet and what looked like a make up stain on it. I don’t wear make up.

I think you need to spray for roaches. Ive found roaches crawling around my food and in my bags upon exit.

The bedding was immaculate and carefully made up. The room is small but has good spare furniture. The shower stall was brand new. The whole room was spotless. Excellent air conditioner on 106 degree day. The clerk was cheerful and carried my luggage to my room.

The walkways throughout looked filthy and could use a power washing.

I like how there was a sink separated from the bathroom. I also like that there was a desk.

I kind of wish that the room had either a microwave or a refrigerator.

Overall clean & cost varies depending on what day of the week you stay,, & from as little as $53 to over $75 dollars.

That other guests weren't up all night & more quiet.
