I liked that the suites had everything we could need for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Check in was complicated. We originally tried to check in around 1ish. We were told the room wasn't ready but basically would be called when it was ready. We were told it would definitely be ready before 3. Long story short...there was a clitch in the system and housekeeping which delayed getting our room until 3:30ish. Wasn't the worst thing in the world just frustrating as we were in town for a soccer tournament and we wanted a cool quiet place for the girls to rest between games. The only other issue was there was hair in our bathroom on the floor and toilet when we arrived.

Good breakfast... liked the variety in options. Everything was well stocked and the staff was quick to refill anything that was out. Overall the staff was great, super friendly, and quick to help when needed. The hotel shared spaces and rooms were very clean.

There was some discrepancy in the billing amount between the receipt from booking.com and what I was charged.

Big thanks to Ray and Hana who checked us in. There was a snafu with our reservation but they handled it with a great attitude and super nice attitude. Breakfast was good. We had bad timing so coffee, bacon, eggs and potatoes were out when we got there. The dining room was packed so not surprising. Coffee and food was back quickly. Room was very comfy- only complaint was that in room 101 the bottom seal on the shower door was installed backwards so allowed water to escape-check it out, easy fix.

Receptionist was helpful as I asked for a quiet room and he gave us a room on the back. Otherwise rooms are quite nice. That's a practical hotel, on our way to Tahoe, nothing more

The first room we got was smelling cigarette a lot, not nice as we have our baby with us, the receptionist gave us another one. Breakfast is so so, fruits were still frozen...

Visited this location with my husband and 7 month old for a “staycation” for my husband’s birthday. We live in Sac and decided to stay in Davis so we could visit the Bay Area over the weekend. This hotel is so quaint, quiet and relaxing. All of the gentlemen working the front desk/bar were pleasant and friendly. We felt welcomed by each of them. The room was nice I liked the kitchen island/table and all the storage options in the room. I’d stay here again!!

Only minor “issue” I faced was there was no body wash in the shower and it took kind of a long time for it to be brought to us after calling the front desk.

Thoughtful rooms with all the extras. Nice quality furniture and bedding. Lots of towels. 100% light blocking window shades.

Lobby bathrooms had no soap for days on end. Dirty elevator and exterior areas and parking lot needs maintenance. Apathetic front desk staff. No customer service skills. More what I’d expect at choice hotels, and this was apparently the GM?!

Great breakfast, have eggs and bacon, great coffee, unlimit refill coffee in front and kitchen stuffs are friendly and helpful.

This is a pet friendly hotel, but they did not separated the designated room for pet only. I got the dog hair all of my clothing from sofa, and I am allergy to the dog's hair. 1. they should clean and sanitize all the bed and sofa if the pets stayed. Otherwise, leave those rooms to pet lovers. even, the stuff changed me to a different room, but I still a little uncomfortable for this changed room. 2. my room power curtain did not function properly, the end, they just completed open because they can't fix it.

My stay at Hyatt House was really comfortable and offered great facilities for my two night stay. I liked the size of the room and the bathroom and room generally was very clean. The staff were warm and welcoming on each day I was there and it was a good distance to UC Davis, which was perfect for my stay.

It would have been nice to have more options at breakfast, and there was no hand/body lotion provided in the room

Breakfast was great, our room was huge and fabulous, and the staff was really helpful!

The air conditioning kept reverting to 60 in the night, and several outlets that were on timers didn't work all the time. As someone who sleeps with a Cpap that must stay plugged in all night, this meant that I was limited to sleeping on one side of the bed because there wasn't a working outlet or lamp on the other side.

Everything good location everything is about 10 minutes away. Very clean love it I’m coming back and I will recommend this hotel. Very happy
