The location near Sacramento International Airport is so convenient. I discovered the property shuttle service and we'll use it in the future. We can drop guest off and go home and not worry about them getting to their flights.

First thing as a bother, the height of the toilet. The low seat was almost a wreak when I tried to sit and use it in the dark at night. A couple inches higher is amazing when you're sleepy and trying to go potty. And the second thing associated with the bathroom was the automatic light switch, it blinds you. A simple nightlight would suffice.

It was clean

Lots of homeless people in the area, a group of young men were drinking and barbecuing in the parking lot. The immediate area of the hotel was alright, but the area around it was dirty. I was concerned leaving my vehicle in the parking lot, there were signs all over stating they weren't responsible for break ins, making me think its a common occurrence. While the room was clean for the high price charged I expected a more up to date, nicer room, this was a basic room, with bad lighting, they didn't even provide tissues.

The room location was quiet, albeit was closer to the freeway. There was adequate parking, it was well lit, and check in was easy. Access back to the interstate was simple and quick. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, one milk carton was spoiled. The other with same date was fine - so this wasn't a hotel created issue. Food was somewhat cold and the cinnamon rolls a bit stiff - likely just brought out to put in the heated box. I did not starve, but it wasn't the hearty and fast meal I was hoping to get. My day was not ruined from this.

Location was good

There rooms do NOT sleep more than 4 in any room or suite. Your app advertises the king suite will sleep 6 it does not. I was very unhappy with the situation, we needed another room to sleep 5 adults and would’ve had to pay additional $400+ I would’ve stayed somewhere else had I known. Planned and booked a month ago in order to find a suite all 5 of us could be in a big enough room! We came for a funeral and wanted to be together. So we had to make do and someone sleep in a chair! Not good! Not happy with the booking

The breakfast was great. It was a real breakfast and not just pastries. I liked the king suite and how they provided option for rollaway bed to fit my family of 5. Hard to find that at other hotels. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely would stay there again.

It would have been nice to have a bigger pool but I it was ok.

Breakfast was great, very busy but lady in the back was attentive and quick to refill things as they ran out if you asked her. Coffee, hot water, hot chocolate packages, and omelettes ALL ran out while my two kids and i attempted to have breakfast. Eventually all were replaced.

I was really hoping for relaxing in the pool. It was loud and crowded. The jacuzzi water was so dirty you could smell it and see the water tinted green and foul odor. Greenish and cloudy with lots of stuff floating once water was still: so bad it didn’t even smell like bleach anymore in there. Pool was ok and enjoyable minus unattended 15 kiddos who constantly jumped and pushed each other into the pool endangering my own kids. Parents should be more responsible and manager should be making rounds to pool when large groups can be heard in the pool. The cleaning was desirable and there was often no towels available.

Our room was comfortable.

The swimming pool was heavily chlorinated and had a health warning sign on the wall stating the pool water was recirculated and it was unhealthy to get the water in your mouth. Even though the water is checked daily there should be installed a safer swimming pool water filtration method. Breakfast option were limited, no dairy free milk, eggs were oily and like rubber. Hard to operate shower settings and get out of tub safely. Concerns about possibility of theft in cars, should have on-site security at night.

I requested and received a handicapped room. It was spacious and perfect for our mom.

The noise from the street was disturbing. Soundproof windows should have been installed at the beginning of construction. No excuse that a hotel near a freeway and busy streets didn't consider this necessity.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff is always so nice and completes a quick check-in. They don’t charge for parking although the rooms are a bit old. They’re very clean.

The area is a little sketch, but I think it’s just the city has nothing to do with the actual hotel once inside and I felt safe

Excellent location. Clean, large, comfortable rooms. Very good hot breakfast (pancakes are really good). Staff was very friendly and professional. Very enjoyable one night stay.

Would love liquid coffee creamer in the rooms with the in-room coffee maker (really hate the powdered coffee creamer provided).
