Location was good for making connection to our plane. Bed was comfy. Great hot water. We enjoyed eating our take-out in the courtyard.

Breakfast could have been better. Yogurt and pancake machines were inoperable. Selection of fruit was limited to apples. When we arrived no one was at the front desk. We waited almost 10 minutes for Irene to arrive and then she informed us that she was taking care of other guests and “I’ll be there when I get there “. Not the welcome a paying customer who has been traveling all day likes to hear.

Breakfast was as expected. The bed was extremely comfortable, best part of the stay, wanted to take it with me...lol

Not a dislike, just an observation, Location was in an industrial area and next to a major interstate onramp so it could be to noisy for some(trains, big truck traffic, agricultural processing facility across the street)

The breakfast was very good. We went to see family and the location was only 7 minutes away.

They gave me the run around about my receipt I never got one after check out. I was told that Booking would send me one. I never got it, I could not fix this issue until I got home 2 days later. Very upsetting 😡

This room was an oasis at the end of a long airplane ride. I called at the last minute (flight delays made reservations unwise) I was able to drive from the airport to the room easily, just off Hwy 5. Even though it was a late checkin the staff was attentive and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was welcome. The breakfast the next morning was amazing with sausage and gravy biscuits and eggs even. It was hard to leave for the long drive to my mountain home in Northern California

The breakfast service ended at 9 am which seemed early. I made it on time though. The breakfast room was small and everyone seemed to crowd in at about 8 am.

They had clean rooms, lobby, breakfast area. Secure well lit parking lot with cameras. Friendly helpful staff that accommodated all our requests quickly and cheerfully. Thank you for being there in a spur of the moment need.

They didn't have USB charging ports. Plug in chargers were needed in order to charge tablets, phones, etc. As this was an unexpected stay, we did not bring our house chargers with us.

Clean and quiet room, pool was nice and clean too. Breakfast was good.

We smelled marijuana once by one of the corridors. There were a couple of homeless people sitting at the back of the hotel.

Being welcomed with a beautiful fountain and clean grounds on the outside and a friendly helpful smile at the counter when checking in.

Just a non working bi-valve in the shower and got less pressure for a shower. I let them know.

Got there at 3:30 and they weren't sure the room was ready. It was, but after check-in time all rooms should be ready. Not a big deal though. Would definitely return

Perfect location for the event we traveled for, the breakfast options were great, ice machine was easy to find, and the staff was amazing to work with.

We had nothing we didn't like.

The sausage&egg burrito's were good. Coffee was good. Loved all the choices to put into the oatmeal. I had never seen a pancake appliance like that. I give it a 10 out of 10.

The towels could have been bigger.
