Location was great, Jack in the Box, Denny's next door, along with Taco benders outside the hotel. I like the fact that there was lots of food to choose from. This area is very busy with people going through the drive-through and Jack in a box. If I was the business owner of that Jack in the Box I'd be a very rich man. I have never seen a Jack In The Box so busy 24 hours a day. I am not joking you will see for yourself. Otherwise I was very happy with the hotel and very happy with all the Hispanic staff that works keeping this whole hotel immaculate! Very clean very well kept. I loved every minute of my staying at this specific hotel in Delano. I recommend this hotel if you are passing through on your way to Bakersfield or LA.

The swimming pool and hot tub was heavily used I did not get a chance to use it .Too many kids jumping up and down the floors are continuously wet. Other than that it was an excellent day, plenty of parking in the hotel premises or out on the street. If you are a trucker this is also a place that will accommodate you and your tractor trailer lots of parking for truckers as well along the street a good place to shower and shave after a long haul driving your tractor trailer.

Horrible cheap restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was not friendly only Jessie was nice. Others on the borderline of being rude. Did not greet me . Looked the other way!

The loudness from the other rooms and I had to complain they only went quite for an hour and then it happened all night although the staff apologized it still was not cool. Also the Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned and I've been waiting for the sauna to get fixed for more than a year

It was 2am already, our card didn't work, went to front desk, nobody was there, called the hotel nobody answered the phone, electric fan was on, waited for more than 2 hours, and we were so tired, the whole time, the guy was inside room, not sure if it's an office or something but he said he didn't hear us..

The indoor pool/jacuzzi and sauna was very nice, the room was spacious for 4 people and the beds were comfortable.

The cleanness could have been better, the shower didn’t have much pressure. It just ready for an update.

I love the location the breakfast, the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool was indoor. It had a sauna, but it was not working.

I didn’t like how the water got shut off in the middle of my shower and I have to be at a meeting but that wasn’t their fault. It was an issue with people outside. They turned it on within 20 minutes so they fix the issue but that was my only complaint, and the issue with the sauna

The ladies were all wonderful at the front desk. And the room was clean. We had to check out a day early because we had a change of plans and they were absolutely amazing to work with!

The pool was very dirty we did not get in the water it was very gross! Area for breakfast was very small not quite enough room for everyone that was staying there!

The breakfast was good, not much assortment. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfy. The room was very quiet and peaceful.

The Jacuzzi, sauna and pool were not working and breakfast had moldy cream cheese and the bathroom shower leaked the whole time and the toilet was running water all not I got no sleep
