It was a family emergency. So when I arrived to town it was late and to my surprise I was able to book a room while I sat in the driveway . My special needs brother and I were very pleased with everything and the food in the morning was wonderful as usual. I have back issues and the bed was firm and comfortable with enough pillows to replace the sleep aids i forgot to bring.

Maybe because I checked in about 130 am instead of having to check out at 11am give me until 1pm at least 12 pm. I could have got an extra hours rest for the turnaround drive to Arizona. Sadly, I needed to pickup family to assist with funeral arrangements for my Mom.

The hotel room is large, the room is clean and organized, the swimming pool water colour is warm enough. There was a electricity cutoff for 3 hours upon arrival due to fire nearby.

The window is not completely sound proof and therefore I can still hear traffic noise froim outside. I especially do not like they use paper plates and cups for breakfast. It is very unenvironmentally friendly. I recommend this hotel group to change to use reusable ceramic cutleries and plates to save nature.

Comfortable and clean

I set up the reservation with my card, and when we arrived, I asked if my wife could pay with her card. The employee at the counter said yes. But I found out that both our cards were charged for the one night. I mentioned that to the employee, and he said that my card would be credited and it depended on how fast my bank did the transaction. I was not happy about this situation.

The hotel itself, swimming pool, and room was very clean, and quiet! The staff is friendly. I asked if we could check-in early and was able to check in 2-hrs early and requested if we can check-out late and was able to stay 1-hr after the check out time. I called the receptionist around 9pm requesting for extra pillows and blankets, but was told that housekeeping was closed, but she said she will bring them in for us and within 5 minutes she was at the door knocking! Excellent customer service!

Free breakfast was not impressive, but it's free, can't really complain :)

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Accommodations were pretty basic. I'd rather stay at a Marriot branded hotel I think, a little more fancy/plush. Location was okay. A visit to Sunrise Handy Market next door for some mojo's (seasoned potato wedges) and a monterey jack burrito made things better.

The price was astronomical given the basic accommodations.

The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Dove's shampoo and soap in the private bathroom were unexpected and great. The staff was perfect and nice.

Lack of breakfast options: no veggies, only one toaster for all guests, pancake machine was empty shortly after the breakfast began. Lack of cold plate (cheese, ham, etc.), only sweetened yogurt.

The breakfast was so so. To be honest, I only tried it once during my stay and it was interrupted by a woman who said we were late, but we can have the so called left overs, when there was clearly plenty of food still. Then she proceeded to ask us if we were told the hours. Very rude, I felt so uncomfortable that I decided to put down my plate before serving myself and decided to leave instead.

Asked for an early check in and was told just an hour before we needed to leave!! Had a housekeeper walk in on us. Couldn’t work the coffee maker No TV guide, or extra blanket and pillows The AC should have been turned on And a visiting fee??? 20.00$

pretty much everything

just a couple small things. The bathroom door could not be left open, so the bathroom got warm after my shower, and was humid. 🙁 The nightlight in the bathroom consisted of two tiny lights on the outlet. The shower was strange - twice, the shower sprayed all over the floor, despite really trying to keep the curtain inside the tub. No hangers anywhere! None in the closet.

The room and bed was surprisingly roomy. The laundry facilities was clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast had a good variety even for a couple in our party that have a dairy allergy.
