I like the whole experience.

The day we left the hotel I realized I left my hearing aides back in the room by then we were hours down the road. We called right away and they explained what we needed to do to get my hearing aides back well it took us 3 weeks of trying to call which at times no one would even answer the phone after calling about 5 different times we finally spoke to a young man which I think his name was Steven who finally help us out . It was time consuming and very disappointing that it was so difficult to get ahold of anyone at that hotel. Just for that reason I will never stay there ever again very poor communication and effort for the staff to get back to us about my $5000 hearing aides.

It was a perfect location for our visit to Sequoia National Park. Room was just right for the five of us. Reception (Veronica) was just amazing, we felt very welcome the same moment we walked thru the door. Breakfast was super nice, lots of fresh fruits, pastry and of course - good coffee. We really appreciate the "real" cutlery, mugs and plates, avoiding all that plastic ones for single use.

Longer stay.

First time stayis at the Hyatt Delano! Great hotel. Complimentary breakfast, was delicious! Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms.

The only thing I have a complaint about, is the bathroom. The shower doors should be frosted for privacy, especially when traveling with kids. If one is in the shower and the other needs to use the restroom, they can't because there is not shower privacy. Either shower curtains or frost the glass doors.

Clean, comfy beds and great condition system. Very low key area. Right next to Delanos biggest shopping center. Decent options for shopping for missing essentials and dining. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly and check-in/out was very smooth.

Property right next to train tracks. And in the coldesac of shopping center. You must drive through the whole shopping area to get to hotel. . I wish coffee and food were warmer and more breakfast meats options. Bathroom tile/flooring needs some work. Shower water pressure sucks.

A place to get some sleep on a road trip before setting off the next day so appreciated the highway location. Rooms seemed newly built/fitted and very spacious and nicely decorated. Appreciated having a good gym to use. Breakfast had good hot and cold options.

Pool was very small, not nice setting and not heated so couldn't use in April.

Excellent breakfast, particularly the two ladies who greeted me at 6am downstairs at the reception area where the breakfast buffet was located. The three of us spoke in Spanish. That is a special treat for me, since I don't get to speak Spanish all that much. Both women made my morning a special one.

Nothing to do with the Hyatt ... there was dense fog the morning my wife and I left to continue our annual drive from Oregon to Tucson for our solar bird migration.

Best hotel to stay at if you're visiting Delano it's a little pricey but it's worth the money customer service excellence cleanliness excellent I'm nothing bad to say

I do trouble often and I don't always stay here because it's a little pricey but sometimes it's time I treat myself

Really enjoyed the options. Fresh fruit and oatmeal were our favorite.

That the full amount was deducted from my account. I booked without encurring charges on my card. I provided the number when i booked but no charges were applied. My intentions were to pay with cash when we got there but front desk staff didn't inform me the entire amount was deducted at time of check in or ask if using that method of payment was still good. I just think better communication/confirmation would've been nice. Other than that, everything was clean and comfortable.

We liked the updated style and cleanliness of everything.

We found a LONG hair on one of our face towels, but the others seemed fine so we ignored it. I also didn't like that the shower floor wasn't textured and we didn't see the mat until after we got inside to shower.

The hotel is nice and the room was clean. Nice outdoor pool, location is very close to a shopping center and restaurants.

We booked a room for 2 plus 2 children and the couch was not prepared for sleeping. When we asked at the front desk for the preparation of the couch into sleeping mode they replied that we should do it ourselves - unacceptable. Breakfast with plastic plates and cutlery and no fresh vegetables.
