I love my room it was huge and clean a I did have to get cockroach treatment for my room to make it comfortable the staff was amazing although I don't love the 3 day policy in place after 3 days you can't go back for at least a month when other motels have 14 days and a 28 day shuffle

We stopped here on our way to Sequoia National Park. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The staff at the check-in was really friendly and professional. The room was basic, but the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The relationship Quality/Price was really good.

The furniture was a bit old, but it was clean, which is the most important thing, especially when you are only using the room to sleep

Location was perfect, bed was a little too hard for my liking but my friend loved it. We had cable, an extremely comfortable shower and pics of the property were just as promised. Staff was helpful and friendly and we had ice and vending machines at our disposal.

We couldn’t get the washing machines to work, unfortunately.

An affordable option within an hour drive to Sequoia if that's what you are here for. Room is very clean. Available parking in front of the room. Restaurants, groceries and gas station pretty nearby.

Hope there's a do not disturb sign that we can hang at the door.

I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. The room was well appointed and was much better than I expected for the price. It was definitely America's best value. I will look for this hotel change when I travel again.

The front desk person was not particularly helpful. The area in the lobby was restricted to employees only. (What's up with that? ) I rarely use a pool when traveling, but on this occasion it would have been nice, the weather was perfect.

Convenient and close to the shopping area and eating restaurants

The floor was not cleaned enough, because our socks were dirty after walking on the floor for a while.. It needs to be scrubbed better, otherwise it was worth it…

Clean and updated. Water pressure was great.

The lobby was closed off. Room cleaning / loud carts rolling at 8 AM. Desk chair broken. It will take a couple stretching sessions to recover from the bed.

When I googled pet friendly inns, America best value popped up. I even called to confirm and was told that it was pet friendly. However, when I arrived to the location from LA, I was told no pets allowed. Thankfully the clerk there when I checked in was understandable and allowed my pet to stay. Hats off to the staff member who checked me in....

Lovely room - small but for the price was worth it ! Quiet and perfect for what we required Best priced hotel of our trip - I would highly recommend and would 100% tell anyone to stay here

The couch needed a cleaning. There was no hairdryer, and there was no place to hang any clothes.
