The Hotel is in a good location with the facility of paid valet parking which worked well. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are based on nature which is so relaxing. The rooms and bed are beautiful and comfortable, lovely bed linen and lighting with coffee and tea making facilities but the one of the most important things is the attentiveness of all the staff they were brilliant especially Mackenzie who went above and beyond. All staff made the experience extra special. The pool area is lovely and clean and there is someone catering to all your needs with beautiful towels and fresh fruit and lemon water. The hotel smells lovely too and there is a health suit with treatment available. Well done wished we could have stayed longer

This was our first hotel for our road trip in the US which lasted 3 weeks. The view is nice (you can see the city of Los Angeles from uphill), the staff was really welcoming and always available to assist. It was close by car from Warner Brother Studios, Universal Studios (15min and we never had any traffic jam) and Hollywood boulevard / Beverly hills (10 to 20min). The valet was really good, easy to access and the car is ready quickly when you need it. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. We also used the swimming pool (on the roof) with our kids (7 and 10). It has a really good view, you need to go there before the end of the afternoon otherwise the sun will have moved to behind the building and it will be a bit cold.

It was quite expensive compared to the other hotels we went to (considering the quality, size of the room, etc.).

We have stayed in a 1 Hotel before and they really are nice. This was no exception. Great parking, right outside the door for a valet to take to the car park. A beautifully appointed bar area with a good selection of drinks. We had a very comfy room and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The best thing about the hotel has to be the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. My son used the gym and said it had good equipment.

The pool area is quite small and the sun goes by the afternoon, which is the only negative thing for me.

Beautiful property, the food at the restaurants and cafe was amazing, the cafe was especially great - breakfast and coffee, staff was great, location was amazing (one block from soul cycle and the comedy store) all organic products, etc. bed was very comfortable, and the rooftop is very busy on weekends which is great if you know to book ahead

The pool is fully shaded by 2pm (although really nice otherwise), room service isn’t 24/7 and is fully done at midnight (if not before?), for some reason there were a lot of long black hairs in my towels and sheets - I’m blonde so this was quite disturbing I did let the desk know, I paid for a city view but it’s a peekaboo city view as the curtains open from the middle not the side (there’s a thick beam through the middle) which also lets sun in through the sides in the early morning

Modern, great facilities, lovely staff and a hotel car which drive you for free for 3 miles. the car was almost always available which was a lovely plus!

the room smelt a bit damp and went from being too cold to too hot. the gym was also a bit warm

- great, friendly and helpful staff - overall excellent service (room service, restaurant, concierge etc.) - convenient location in nice neighbourhood - good restaurant and bars in the hotel, with good quality wine per glass - design & quality and dedication to eco-goals

- unauthorized and unjustified trials of charge of my credit card which the personnel was neither able to explain how it happen nor provide rationales for that charges, luckily my bank rejected the trials but still this leaves a bad taste

The overall ambience of the place is exceptional. Probably the nicest 'aesthetic' of anywhere in WeHo. A very attractive and cool place to hang out

The gym was a little disappointing for an otherwise amazing hotel. It was somewhat small and had very little equipment. This will be difficult to rectify I should think. I was also disappointed that the tea / Nespresso pods were not refreshed daily in my room. I would expect in a hotel of this 'price' this would be standard

Great service (Many, at the front office at night helped us with the check in and with a couple of requests we had, 10/10 for him! Very confortable beds

A lot of noice from rooms next door. Not sure if we were unlucky with the guests that stayed there at the same time or if the hotel doesnt have good isolation between rooms 70dollars for parking is way to much! Across the street in the inside parking of the mall (8516 W Sunset Blvd Parking) it was 25$ per 24h

Luxurious while cozy Great check in , great check out Friendly and pro staff from valet to front desk to other staff walking around engaging with the customer - very rare these days so I appreciated the mini bar lady asking if she could help me with my luggage! That mindset there is priceless!

Nothing to moan about . It’s spotless , clean, quiet, and made me want to come back again next time

it was disappointing having to eat dinner at the lounge , I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a desk at the guest room… where is one supposed to work ???
