I had an excellent stay at Economy Inn Hollywood! The location is absolutely perfect – just a 5-minute walk from the metro station that takes you straight to North Hollywood and Union Station. I was able to reach the Walk of Fame and Universal Studios in no time. The room was great: the bed was very large and extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. I honestly have no complaints at all. I’m very satisfied and will definitely stay here again!

I thought it was going to be worse based on some reviews, but for the price and the location it came out to be exactly what we needed. We slept very well despite being in the front and right next to Sunset blvd, found the staff to be nice and considerate, and appreciated the spaciousness of the room. Plus having our own mini fridge. Cleaning people do a good job. Very good stay.

Parking is tight and cramped. We used the one Handicapped spot upon arrival (and close to office), but then that night had to take the last spot way in the back. Some cars were parked along the wall. Also, construction was going on next door, but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that. Fortunately we always carry earplugs. Finally, no elevator to the second floor which doesn’t bother me but my 79 year old auntie struggled a little with the steps to the second floor. But she took it slow and steady. Great stay all things considered!!

Excellent cost/benefit; facility with simple arrangements but great location and affordable rates. The staff is very helpful providing extra towels and blankets. My family and I enjoyed the stay and will come back for sure!!! Highly recommended!

The bathroom’s floor gets wet and messy. They could invest on a more efficient shower curtain.

Bathroom was clean but very dated.There is no kettle or cups.Staff arn't very helpful or friendly but we didn't need them so wasn't a big deal.

location was excellent, very close to shops,walgreens and Starbuck for tea/coffee early morning etc...easy to get around for sightseeing and close to many shops. Family ran and so friendly and any requests they will try and accommodate for you, and that goes a long way when you book into accommodation miles from home

we couldnt use the bath as they didnt have a plug but it wasnt a big deal, and the economy inn suited our needs so we felt it was ok

Perfect location - close to Hollywood Walk of Fame and Griffith's observatory, shops and café nearby. Clean accommodation, comfortable beds, working A/C, running hot water, free parking - excellent value for money.

This place met our expectations so we can't say we didn't like things. The flooring was uneven. Our room window was on the main street so it was a bit noisy but not enough to disrupt our sleep - we are deep sleepers, but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the other side.

For Los Angeles, where accommodation is very expensive and even harder to find if you don't have a car and need access to public transport, this accommodation was good value. It was clean and the room was quite large by European standards. There is a heater/air-conditioning and it can get a little chilly at night in Los Angeles in early November but they kindly provided me with an extra blanket.

I was a little nervous about staying here due to the neighborhood and due to the fact that it's about 10 minutes walk from the metro stop Hollywood/ Western. Los angeles has a serious homelessness problem and occasionally you do come across individuals who are obviously disturbed. However, it was not as if there were huge numbers of such people around the accommodation and so in terms of safety it was ok. The plumbing was very noisy and so if someone next door used the shower or flushed the toilet when I was asleep it was very loud. They did not clean my room while I was there but for three nights that was ok.

This was my second stay at the motel. Clean room. Good amenities (A/C, phone, refrigerator, bathroom, fast net, TV). Easy access to Hollywood attractions. Public transportation is good if you are not arriving by car (Bus, Metro). Thank you.

It pretty much has everything you need. A place to lay your head, a place to shower, and convenient parking. Not to mention there's a lot of good food places that are within walking distance. It's surprisingly quiet.

Some of their stuff could be updated like their floors and some of their furniture. Not to mention if you're not familiar with LA the area, then be prepared to see a lot of homelessness. They don't really bother but it could be a culture shock if you're not familiar with California. Otherwise I wouldn't mind going back there again.

Good value for money, air conditioning, fridge, clean and comfortable 👍🏻

The location was good for buses, metro and shop but the area wasn’t the best although it looked like developments going on 👍🏻
