The room was basically an apartment and was a corner unit. Very spacious with a large bathroom, comfortable queen bed, a work desk in front of a window overlooking Sunset Blvd w/ a view of downtown LA. Plenty of natural light. Modern amenities, too.

The location is m'eh. Yes, it's Hollywood, and yes it is walking distance from everything worth seeing, but the building is not ideally located if you drove there. The signage indicating where the parking (if you reserved a spot) is virtually none existent. Basically, it's immediately after the facade of the building with the address number and is a non-descript driveway heading steeply down underground. You'll see it caged off with a small key pad. Next to the keypad it will say "Kasa" on it, but it's not easy to see by any means from the street. I just used common sense and took a chance. If I had gotten it wrong I'd have been screwed pretty much...backing out onto Sunset would have been hellish. Just keep your eyes peeled, it's like immediately after the the front of the building.

Way bigger than what I expected. A large studio apartment with all the amenities when you know you wont be spending lots of time in your room. Kasa was very quick to respond to any issues via whatsapp. Perfect for a work trip.

I had not received check in instructions for one of our rooms so make sure you have all of you pre check in forms sorted. It is very noisy as the building is on a busy road but didn’t bother us too much. There is also a guaze on the windows to keep sunlight out but made it a little dark. Parking is expensive so we had to move the car around the block to avoid spending loads on parking However, I would still stay here again.

Wish I got a better view. I got room 204 and the view was the parking lot

The "first come first serve" policy for luggage storage which is inaccurate. They claim everyone has to remove their stuff at 6pm and the next day at 11am is when the lockers are available. That was not true. People left their stuff in the lockers overnight, which didn't allow for me to check my stuff in at 11am (I waited well before 11am in the lounge and no one came to retrieve their things or put them in the locker, meaning they were there overnight) Also, the company should invest in updating the bathrooms to match the aesthetic of the apartments

Very comfortable, spacious, and wonderful furniture. The lounge & baggage storage is also great.

It’s not clear from booking that room cleaning / freshening is not included. There was a plumbing issue but they resolved it very quickly.

I was traveling solo and never had a moment late at night where I saw anything sketchy or felt unsafe. Great location! Just a short walk to Home Depot, Target, pizza and coffee shops, and plenty of other places. Full size kitchen with glass top electric stove, microwave, appliances and cookware. You can keep your leftovers in the fridge, or cook a meal if you choose. Bathrooms are clean and not cramped like most hotels. Lots of closet space with iron + ironing board, hangers, and shelves. And with tons of windows, the view is unbeatable. Lots of tourist attractions within walking distance or a short drive.

The location and the size of the family studio. I also appreciated how responsive the customer service was via text.

The entire 4th floor is blocked from any views. And I wish that there was a door in the family suite. A simple door would make the apartment a 1 bedroom with privacy. The sofa bed is not really suitable for multiple nights.

Very clean, comfortable apartment. Liked having the laundry facilities in the building

The noise outside the apartment was loud but ear buds were provided

The location was perfect, it was close the the venue I attended.

The windows of the room, it was peeling and looked like it was spray painted to cover the corners that was peeling.

Nice place to stay, parking a bit expensive but can be easily found on the streets nearby.

Pots and pans should be renovated, but not a big issue.

Well equipped, spacious apartment with loads of amenities included. On Sunset Blvd so within walking/uber distance of all Hollywood sights, 15 minutes to the Griffith Observatory, 45 mins to DTLA & 45-60minutes from the beach. Apartment felt safe and secure despite not having a reception or check in area. Perfectly safe at night also, I was a solo traveller and didn’t once feel unsafe even at night

Would of been nice to have been able to select a room on a higher floor as my view was of an empty parking lot next door (3rd floor) TV had cable but all the streaming services required to be logged in and basic apps like Youtube weren’t installed so couldn’t use it without a passcode.
