We really appreciated everything about this hotel. The valet was easy and fast, the check in staff were polite and expedient, and the elevator was close to the check in so we didn’t have to walk far with our luggage. This was my second time staying here and I really was pleased with the room size and comfort. It’s nice it has a small fridge to put your drinks in to keep cold, since now days many hotels put purchase items in and you don’t have this convenience. Beds are perfectly soft enough for a comfort sleep as well as the pillows, which is very important to me. The bathroom was small with one sink, but it was still fine for two people. We had breakfast vouchers and enjoyed a nice meal before checking out. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I rarely write reviews, so that says a lot! It was also close to the MMO stadium for the event we attended, Thank you hotel staff for making our stay memorable and comfortable.

Loved everything about this hotel.

The King corner suite was a terrific room. Having an additional door between the bedroom and the hallway makes for a much quieter room. The bed was super comfortable too! The only drawback was the pillows which were all too puffy for my taste. Maybe having one large and one small pillow for each side would help? I appreciate having a coffee maker with tea in the room too.

There weren’t any options for late night dining if you’re flight is arriving late (after 10p). 24/7 Room service would make me more likely to stay here again or even if they had a small snack bar that was open late with a microwave and/or toaster oven that would help. Also, the shuttle to the airport says it runs every 15 - 20 minutes but it took over 45 minutes for ours to show up. Yes traffic is bad but the Hyatt and Hilton had multiple shuttles come by before just one for the Westin arrived!

Well kept hotel where rooms are ample in size, style, comfort and quietness.

This was the longest wait for an airport shuttle van (hotel managed) that I've ever encountered in 40 years. We waited about 40 minutes and there were some others who said they had waited for 90 minutes. This is on a Thursday night at 10:00 pm and there were at least 75 people waiting for a shuttle van from the hotel. I felt bad for the unfortunate driver who said that he was the only one available due to a shift change. The hotel desk claimed there were three at the airport when we finally got a call through but the driver said that wasn't the case. He did a great job keeping the mood light with his passengers but the hotel really dropped the ball.

- Huge lobby with plenty of comfortable sofas, chairs, nice Christmas decoration; - Room was quite OK, simple, clean; - Entertainment options include golf zone, game room for families with kids; - Nice steak and pasta at Daily Grill, but their chicken wings were so-so; - Hertz office right in the lobby - you can return your rental car there; - Shuttle to LAX every 20 minutes; - A person who helped us to take our luggage to our room was proud to introduce his hotel, shared some personal story with us, and we felt very welcomed. I thought he is the owner of this hotel, who is helping guests in all possible ways.

This is a very convenient hotel next to the airport. It's right next to the FOX car rental if you need to pick-up/drop off your car (walk half a block and you're there). You can't hear your neighbors or anyone walking down the hallway outside of your room. You can still hear the airplanes, but that is expected. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfy! This hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport 24/7. We boarded the shuttle at 3:45 am along with 12 other people. I never thought that the shuttle would be almost full at that time of day. The shuttle drops you off at the specific terminal you need (LAX has many different terminals).

Felt safe, great informative staff that was a great help, it was my first trip to the US and I was travelling solo so it was a big deal to feel safe... New renovations to the rooms very modern, clean and the beds were soo comfortable and a nice couch, I got a free upgrade to level 8 city view was happy with that, The concierge had a wealth of information about where to dine you could tell he has so much passion about he job, very helpful makes a big difference, he signed me up for the VIP tours so didn't have to go far from hotel, perfect location and the shuttle bus was on point takes allot of stress out the stay knowing the airport is close and the shuttle is so helpful... The men at the front greeting were very welcoming, cheerful overall a great stay can't fault at the price is great as well....

The only thing I can fault is that there's no swipe to get to the rooms in the life, meaning anyone can go in the lifts. Staff did advise there a massive renovation happening soon on the lifts so will be sorted soon.

Very nice. About a block (safe walk) from the new rental car center (Budget, Avis and others) so it made the car return easier. Shuttle to the airport was even easier. Although a bit of a drive to attractions it was worth it (for the same money I could have stayed in a motel on the outskirts of Beverly Hills which would have been closer but I chose this property instead and have zero regrets. The shower and bed were phenomenal. Would definitely stay again.

As others have mentioned the bathroom door automatically closes which is a pain- I solved it by placing the complimentary bottle of water in the door jamb to prop it open- problem solved. I also was not happy about the $55 parking lot fee- but I was lucky to be staying on a Saturday/Sunday and found street parking within a very short distance, fed the meter $1.50 for the remaining Saturday until 8pm and didn’t need to worry afterwards because Sunday was free. Also not many places within walking distance- there’s a McDonald’s down the street and a Thai place next door.

Beautiful hotel and the rooms were roomy! The staff was fine, huge shoutout to the Hispanic gentleman serving at the Daily Grill, older man with a very hospitality focus. The desk clerk wasn't very warming when we arrived. We arrived early and she was not very welcoming as I asked about early check-in. Seems like she would know the stresses of traveling and would be a bit more accommodating.

The room was nice but the body wash was not replenished the first couple days of our visit.

We had been forced to evacuate because of the LA fires. We have three rooms and multiple pets. The staff have been simply incredible. Noe, Steve and I think Brian of the bellman desk, the valets and Paula at the front desk plus others that I can't remember their names have been nothing short of warm, kind, welcoming, friendly, sympathetic and helpful. I can't say enough good things about every staff member we have come in contact with. We will always recommend this Westin property.

Noithing. They have made this incredibly stressful time bearable.
