Rooms are completely remodeled, very beautiful. Grounds are well maintained. Pool area was very nice. Towels and covers on every chair. Firepits, chairs, fish ponds, all very nice. Beautiful bar and restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can walk to many things close by to do. Not far to drive by car to wineries, breweries, distilleries
Heat was not working in the room. Many rooms were not finished and it got very cold in the evenings. We were given another room. The trees outside have string lights wrapped around them which makes them VERY bright. The light shines through the curtain cracks so you have to seal every gap. Light switched have small green bright lights that don't turn off, so they shine right into your eyes when you try to sleep. And the exhaust fans in the bathrooms NEVER shut off, annoying.

I liked the close proximity to restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable, large enough, and the bathroom was large enough . Water pressure good from the shower and vanity light was perfect for shaving.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t a table/place for my charging of electronics. I have two watches, two phones, and an I pad. Had to improvise on the luggage rack. Would have liked a chair in the room to sit on to put on shoes or hang a jacket. The Keurig is worthless. The cord is short and you can’t pull it out very far; and then it only produces a little more than a half cup of a small cup of coffee!

We were a family of six, and stayed in three rooms. They put us in rooms that were next to each other, with two rooms that had connecting doors, and the bed configuration (king bed vs two separate queens) were exactly what we wanted. Rooms are in good condition and the location is also very good, close to restaurants shops cafes etc.
The check-in process was rather hectic, crowded, and noisy. This is because there isn’t much space around the front desk, and because it is at the entrance to the restaurant, and mostly because this was a busy time of year. This wasn’t a big deal. There is a bit of a parking issue. There is some parking at the hotel, but not enough. This is also not a big issue, other than during check-in when you want a place to take out the luggage from the car, and there is no convenient space to do that. The price was also a little high, but, again, we were there at what is one of the busiest times of the year.

It was newly renovated. The room a nice size, beautiful and bright. It had thoughtful outlets for every charging device you might bring. Large TV screen with ample channels and casting from your mobile device. Large bathroom and large shower. Outside was a courtyard and swimming pool. We used the courtyard. At night the courtyard was well lighted and decorated for the holidays. A complimentary wine tasting was available next door at the sister property. Which was newly built and very inviting. The staff was very kind dnd helpful. They have a valet for guests, door person to assist with luggage, Steakhouses and cafe on site. Lovely park across the street and many restaurants within walking distance and little shops. Also, the Amtrak station is less than 10 minutes away. Saturday market next to the park. Great place for a getaway and celebration.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown. The property is beautiful with great amenities including a pool, hot tub, fire pits, nice grounds. Room was clean and well decorated. Spacious and comfortable.
The only thing that was strange was the staff was a little slow. Our room wasn't ready by 4 (check in) but there was vacancy. Luckily one staff member was like "just give them a different room). Then we sat down for drinks at the bar and there were probably 6 servers but it took us a good 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Just strange.

Excellent location! Close to walking around town; Restaurants, shops and wine tasting. We really liked Calipaso for wine tasting. And Fish Gaucho for lunch or dinner. The rooms have been upgraded, a total makeover for this hotel. The pool and hot tub are a plus. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, but heard it’s great. We did have breakfast at the hotels restaurant, not included in the price of the room, but very reasonable and good American breakfast style food. We were very impressed with this hotel.
Some renovations are being done, which you hear and see, but actually very discrete, not too noisy and the gardens still to be enjoyed.

Right in the middle of Paso Robles and a two minute walk to all the wine tasting bars and restaurants. The staff said the hotel was refurbished in 2021 but it looks brand new. The rooms are quaint, not huge but beautiful interior decoration. The restaurant and bar are are lovely, staff are super friendly. Multiple vineyards a short drive away and the sister hotel does wine tasting every evening. All round a great little find.
Parking isn’t free but not horrendous, $15 for 24 hours.

Just invite you guys to have a list of concierge choices for dinner off the premises and AM coffee? I went on a bit of a goose chase in the early AM for a coffee place that a very very lovely staff recommended that ended up being permanently closed.
Nothing really. I wish we stayed longer. It’s a very sweet facility, and I will return. The only reason the beds were a lower mark was the pillows. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the hospitality. The staff was funny and kind.

The remodeled room was very nice and cozy! Quick check-in, the room was clean with updated amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. Room location was close to pool and leisure areas, and the on site resturantes were nice. The property is at a great location next to downtown, perfect for walking to wherever you're going! Lastly, the fire pits with chairs is a welcoming addition if you want to relax and get cozy.
The only thing I didn't like was that the shower soap was empty.

Paso Robles is such a cute little town, I wish we knew that, we would have stayed for longer. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything is top-notch and sparkling. The rooms are large and airy, and the staff is lovely! Great grounds, with fireplaces and seating in the garden. oh, and they are dog friendly!
We stayed in a room with two queen beds, which are a little bit tight for two adults/per bed, but was not really a problem for 1 night.
