Everything, ample parking, used on-line check-in process. I called the hotel and requested to check in a 3pm instead the standard 4pm. I was advised I could for an additional $ 20 fee, I declined. I thought that’s cheesy! I ended showing up at 3pm taking a chance & was allowed to check in w/o the extra fee plus was upgraded to a really nice suite! I didn’t partake in the 5:30 pm happy hour or the breakfast due to previous plans with family & friends. I loved the location easy to access off the freeway & walked to a local brewery after checking in so it was perfect. AC was easy to use and you allowed to adjust it to your comfort level. The shower came out slowly but was ok not great. Probably need an upgraded sub pump to push the water up to the rooms. Overall this place was great and I will stay again next time I’m in the area.

I loved the size of the room. Having a nice couch to sit on with my spouse- not just a bed or a single chair was so nice. Also the separate bad/ shower was nice. Also I love the separate commode room. The complimentary drink at happy hour was an unexpected treat. Breakfast had many hot offerings including an omelette station. This place was competitively priced and offered so much more than other area hotels - yet still a simple 10 minute walk from downtown square. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to down town area!

That I only had a one night stay. Definitely want to come back.

The room was very spacious and pleasantly scented. The bathroom was large, clean, and fully equipped with all comforts. Parking was nearby and convenient. The staff were extremely kind—special mention to Will at the bar, who was fantastic. We ate very well and really enjoyed the experience.

The shower had no handheld showerhead. The air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast was very American-style with little choice for those preferring a European option (for example, no croissants and very few pastries), only eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Pancakes or waffles would have been a nice addition.

Pet- friendly, very clean and convenient location to serve as a home-base for our trip. Our queen deluxe was spacious and comfortable. The desk was great for my husband who had to work and the couch was nice for extra seating. The most important thing for us was being able to bring our dog and the complimentary collapsible bowl is nice. Water fill stations are great. Service from staff was prompt and courteous. Breakfast and complimentary drinks are appreciated. No problem with free parking and wifi.

The area where you walk your dog is all dirt instead of lawn. Even artificial pet grass would be great. Needs a bit of shade and a bench or two. The pool is also very small being in the front of the property. Breakfast entrees are lacking. Provide more pastries, grab n go yogurt, mini pancakes or waffles, or fresh fruit. During happy hour, maybe set up a pre-filled glasses of wine, specific cocktails for more grab and go. You could have one person do that collecting tickets while the bartender does custom orders.

The location, cost, and conveniences were great. The free breakfast and parking, shuttle, and bar, fridge and microwave were awesome. I loved that the window opened to get fresh air. What was so weird was that it was very close to the freeway and train tracks, yet it was quiet, that was a nice surprise.

The bathroom light that turns on automatically when you walk near it was annoying in the middle of the night. The bed was a bit firm, could have been more comfortable, which I know is a personal preference. We did not have room service. If you don't offer it, there could be a clearly marked sign in the room (maybe on the back of the front door) that says we need to request it.

The room was spacious and clean. The omelet that was an option for breakfast was huge and the breakfast seating area was very comfortable. The happy hour drink and appetizer was a great way to relax after being out all day before going to dinner.

There is no interior stairway from the first floor to the other floors. The only way to take the stairs from the first floor to other floors in through an exterior exit door. There is only one elevator, and you have to wait a while, so taking the stairs would have been a nice option, except for you end up outside.

Breakfast was beyond what we expected. Cooked my eggs perfectly every morning, only thing was some mornings the potatoes got dried out and hard. The gym was spectacular. Pool was heated to a perfect temperature and hot tub was nice and toasty. Bed was soo soft and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially the bartender Will, who made the most perfect tasting drinks no matter the cocktail. The pet accommodations were great! Giving us a goodie bag for our fur baby with a collapsible doggie bowl and treats, along with the pet relief area. Everything was clean and convenient, our room, laundry room, bathrooms, etc.

Pet relief area was only rocks that our dog wouldn’t go on. Some spot a little soft like astroturf would be better. There was always a back-up at the toaster station during breakfast, and some people left theirs in there for a while before coming back for it, maybe making toast to order would keep the line away. Free apps could have two options instead of one, maybe like a cup of soup option -or- an appetizer. Otherwise, not much complaints with this place, will definitely spread the word.

When I got through the door the staff instantly greeted me with a smile it felt really nice and unfortunately I was there at 2:30 not realizing I was going to get there at that time because check-in is at 4:00 and I go I know you're a little early but may I just do the thing and I'll go sit out she goes no no no no I got it room for you actually got an upgrade for you and I looked like a really and she smiled and goes yes it's our pleasure to serve you and I knew how special this place was just after hearing those words what a great place to host an event and incredible walking distance to the fairgrounds you could walk downtown 10 minutes location you couldn't ever ask for a better spot to be on 4th Street right there and I just want to thank everyone on staff because I ended up staying extending my stay three more days

Not a darn thing everything was perfect spotless wonderful working staff nobody grumbling everyone was smiling and laughing with each other and that makes you feel good

When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Eduardo at the front desk. He informed us that we had received a free upgrade, which really made a difference for us as my husband and I are traveling with my 85 yo father and the extra space was really helpful. Eduardo proceeded to act as concierge and advise us of best places to eat, etc. along with offers and coupons based on our preferences. He is a gem!!! We loved our experience here, appreciated the value and loved the location to downtown Paso Robles. We hope to be back again soon.

I commend them for there environmental initiatives and that housekeeping does not come every day. My only suggestion is that the Bathroom have towel bars and hooks to hang towels. We had them hanging off of whatever we could find. It would also be nice to have a shelf or somewhere to stow our toiletries.

It was a nice surprise to get a complimentary drink and app at the bar. I love the convenience of having a shuttle take us downtown. The room had a fridge and microwave which was helpful for leftovers. The toiletries smelled wonderful. The tub was comfortable. The room was spacious. Its clean and modern. I enjoyed the chair with the jokes on it. That was a cute touch.

Some of the front desk staff wasnt attentive. A simple acknowledgment of "ill be with you in a moment " is nice to hear.
