I needed a room quickly due to car troubles. I had stayed at Bestway that night and really enjoyed everything about my room. I called Bestway to see if I could reserve the same room I had the night before because it was perfect. He agreed it would be no problem to hold the room for me. It was a very thoughtful gesture given my circumstances. Their actions helped me so much…made me smile and feel very grateful to them.

Everything was great.

The office manger and family were terrific! It is also has very convenient parking near your room making it very easy to unload and reload the car. No stairs…and the ice machine works!! The room heater worked and effective in keeping the room comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is great too . It’s a wonderful place to stay and I definitely now consider Bestway my place to stay when in Paso Robles!

Cute property in a good location.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and squeeked loud everytime you sat on it. The shower curtain needs to be longer or something different water was going out the bottom everywhere on the floor.

I think they put prices up here on the weekend because of people coming to the wine country. this was a Motel, not a Hotel. No complaints about the hotel or facilities, the safe in my room didn't work, but not a big deal

Bed was comfortable. Brought our own down pillows. Rooms clean. Needed Kleenex. How can you do without kleenex?

NO KLEENEX or other tissues.

This was a very last-minute and late reservation. The price beat anywhere in town. Clean room, comfortable bed, and great for a quick one night.

I loved it, especially the huge grassy area with the giant bench seat that swings and tables.

The internet didn’t connect. Well, one did but it said it wasn’t secure. The other didn’t. I’d still come back. It was getting too late and I didn’t want to bother the nice woman so I let it be.

There's only shampoo no bodywash, lotions or makeup removal it's understandable because of the low price

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The t.v. has a lot of channels and the bathrooms are nice.

Loved the hard wood floors and king bed and area for dogs. It was a last minute decision to stay and this hotel made that super easy
