EXCELLENT EXCEPTIONAL Accommodations!!! 10 Stars out of 5. We came here unexpectedly at the end of April 2025 after leaving the Best Western Plus Royal Oak Unsatisfied due to the noise level. We were in Paso Robles to Celebrate our 41st Wedding Anniversary. I am a Worldmark by Wyndham timeshare,owner, so I'm used to a certain quality level and the La Quinta by Wyndham Paso Robles was a true Surprise and Blessing. Thank God for Booking com as you were a lifesaver in finding these affordable high quality accommodations. We went from the Pit to the Palace. The staff was very kind, courteous and professional. I believe we were assisted by Christian who assigned us to a Very Nice room. We walked into our room and to our astonishment there was a Full Kitchen with granite countertops, bar stools, living room, comfy king size bed, patio with balcony and sitting area. Our patio door has the most unique mini blinds built inside the glass. I'm still telling people about these blinds. Lol... The bathroom and walk in shower were spacious and nice. The complimentary BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS and there was a wide range of options. The early evening complimentary cheese and wine/beer was an unexpected bonus. I was able to meet and talk to the General Manager who was serving the wine and he was Very kind, courteous and down to earth. He told me about the Awards this particular hotel has received. I can see why as I didn't want to leave the hotel. They had a good selection of wines by the check in counter, but I had my eye set on a bag of the Paso Almond Brittle Corn WHICH WAS AMAZING. YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD PURCHASE A BAG, and if you plan to visit Paso Robles, YOU MUST STAY AT THE LA QUINTA BY WYNDHAM PASO ROBLES. 10 STARS!!!

The breakfast was amazing! The bacon was weird, but the rest of the days they had sausage and that was so much better! The room was the perfect size and the beds were so comfortable.

The service was hit and miss. When we got there at 5pm, we were told no rooms were ready and we would be called when something was available. We never got a phone call. Also, check in was supposed to be 4pm and I even pre checked in! Also, room service never came and if they did, They came at weird hours and not by the time we would get back from a full day of activities. Lastly, we left a key for someone that was arriving later than us and when she came, no one verified who she was and they just made her a key without asking questions. It deactivated all of our other cards too! Just seemed like they would give a key to anyone. And when we came down and asked about the key we had left for her, we were told, "Oh I don't know anything about that." Just seems a little lazy and unhelpful.

The mattress was exceptional in our refurbished room (309). The refrigerator had an ice box. Instead of a desk there was a small table that worked for using a computer and also eating. The shower had sliding glass door instead of shower curtain. The breakfast had scrambled eggs with optional hot sauce and cheese, sausage, potatoes, almond and regular milk, cereal, 3 waffle makers, bowls of apples and bananas, cutup melons, yogurt, hot water and teas, cocoa, regular and decaf coffee. The breakfast area was very large with several TVs, a mix of tables for 1, 2 or multiple groups, a sofa and fireplace. Gift shop open 24/7. They have 2 EV chargers!

The eggs were microwaved and subpar at breakfast (may have been better when first put out). The lighting in the room was poor for reading physical books (more for relaxing). The shower floor was slippery--use the shower rug inside the shower!

From the first hiccup we has checking in at 1:30am, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my family situated in our room asap. From there the staff was nothing short of amazing. It felt like we at a restaurant where everyone knew you, they were so accommodating and friendly, that even when there was any small issue it didn't feel like one because we knew it would be handled. Lastly we accidentally left my daughters favorite stuffed animal in our room and were beyond grateful when the staff not only found her toy, they mailed it back to us!! I cannot put into words how much that meant to us. My family and I will be staying here any time we are in the area even if it's out of the way because I would rather spend more in gas than risk staying somewhere else where I know we won't be taken care of even half as good! We stayed in a one bedroom suite—there was a comfortable Murphy bed in the living room and two queens in the bedroom. We liked that the living room had four comfortable sitting chairs as well as a round table with four chairs. This worked very well for our party of six that included two small children. It was great to have comfortable places to sit as well as to eat in.

It was difficult to regulate the temperatures in the two rooms when the doors were closed—the living room was cold and the bedroom warm.

The room was bigger than I expected. The private patio was unexpected. I loved the kitchen and fireplace and the fact we had an actual bedroom. Overall it was way more room than I expected for the price. The hotel lobby and breakfast room were appealing and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with both pancakes and waffles offered. I appreciated the afternoon wine. Not a lot of noise.

Almost every accessible room I book anywhere does not have room on either side of the bed for a wheelchair to maneuver. The room would be more accessible with a queen bed. Probably should have booked the accessible room with two queens.

Everything was clean, the staff was courteous, the breakfast was great (a plentiful array of choices), also free parking. It exceeded our expectations.

Of course, always pricing.. Although it was comparable to many other hotels. Disliked that the Friday night price was so much more than Sat/Sun. (Friday we had the least time there since check in was late at 4pm). Also, tried to sign up for the La Quinta membership club, since they are building one in La Habra right by my house, but since I booked through Booking.com, I could not get credit for this recent stay, so I did not sign up.

Check in and out was quick and easy. Beds were comfortqble. Facility was fresh and clean. A full brreakfast was served.

Bathrooms were a little small and you had to enter the shower to turn it on as there was only one door. When the maid serviced our room, she did not replace the shower matt. There were not drawers in which we could empty our suitcases so we had to live out of our suitcases. They did have a convenience store which has been removed. Signs in the food service area were either missing or very small print.

The property was clean. The bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen staff were very nice and the continental breakfast was good. The front desk sells wine. It was nice to share a bottle amongst friends. Property has enough parking.

I’m our room the furniture and walls needs touch up. We were on the first floor, close to the elevator. Everyone that was entering the hotel was in good spirits. The downfall was that we could hear all the noise that was coming from other guest (laughter, and loud conversations).

Clean rooms and clean and comfortable beds. The rooms are a perfect size. Clean floor! Toiletries supply. Clean and new looking towels. Extra Clean towels for the pool area. Breakfast was great, and the room was orderly and kept clean. Breakfast had good coffee, eggs, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, etc, and especially caffeine free teas! The manager was very helpful in finding me downstairs rooms. I stayed there a few times in December and January. The front desk personnel was very friendly. I also enjoyed the hot tub and pool.
