This hotel is located right at Hwy46 and Hwy 101. We were having lunch (Pappy McGregor’s Pub) in the civic center of Paso Robles and later attending a concert at the Vina Robles Amphitheater. So, the hotel location was perfect. The Staff reception was courteous, the room was clean and served as a good resting place between lunch and concert. The hotel was quiet and parking was easy. Have stayed at this property 2 other times and have had no problems. It is a little pricey, for the generic amenities…but then again, it is the Central Coast (where noting is cheap).

The bed felt comfortable enough, but…I woke up with an aching hip. Maybe it was just me and not the bed. Regardless, would use the hotel again.

Every little detail is tended to here, which is unusual for a hotel/motel at this price point. Better than average coffeemaker in room, better than average water pressure, window in the bathroom, fan in bathroom actually worked - WELL - hand lotion dispenser at the sink, clean as could be, not skimpy on the towels which were actually over-sized, too. Very little evident wear. Better than average in every way and certainly a huge surprise as compared to other Best Western accommodations. Pride of ownership/management with every turn.

The location of the hotel was great--right next to a restaurants (loved Rustic Pizza!), and just minutes from quaint Downtown Paso. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows so comfy, and all the extra amenities in the room were impressive.

Our room was located near the elevator, snack machines, and ice machine. That made it noisier than we would have liked. Next time we'll ask for a room on the opposite end.

All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and personable. Additionally, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The diner that took the discount served really, really good food. We've been traveling on the road for two weeks, and some of the "free breakfasts" at other hotels included powdered scrambled eggs. So, the breakfast was a big deal.

I like how there is a diner at the front of the hotel building so we didn’t have to load the children into the car to go eat at the diner. We could just place an order and walk to get the order and bring it back to the room.

When I first arrived to check-in. The front desk staff was gone for about 5 minutes but the customer in front of us had been waiting an additional 3-5 minutes before me.

It was a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed there before, and will be staying there once or twice each month over the next few months. The staff at the front desk are the best!

The only fault I can find is that the shower was missing one setting (room 309).

The location was great as it was close to the concert, and I also loved how clean the rooms were and how well they were stocked

the mirror in the bathroom needs to be brighter to apply make up, and we felt it was really expensive for what it was due to the concert/Fair

Perfect location to all wineries. Good coffee machine in lobby. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good toiletries. Decent water pressure.

Pool was too small with all the kids and floaties. Toilet paper too thin and scratchy.

The location was great. It was centered on everything we wanted to see.

I realize that there isn’t much you can do about it but the pool could use a little more shade. It was very hot. Otherwise everything was pretty good.

It’s convenient to Highway 101 and downtown Paso Robles is only a short drive. Adjacent Margi’s Diner has good food. Property is pretty and well-kept - a 60’s era motel updated. Easy free parking.

It can be noisy due to guests big diesel trucks or motorcycles. Elevators are available but my not be convenient.
