I liked the location, the price, cleanliness and it was comfortable.

The towels were pretty thin and we had 2 washcloths, 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths. Maybe that is to be expected in a budget motel. It all worked fine though. There was a truck parked in the handicapped spot without a placard and there was a car that was parked at a slant which made it difficult for us to park in our spot and unload..... This was the most upsetting. I guess I could have complained and the office could have tracked down the offender but I chose to unload what I could, repark for the night and finish unloading and then repark to load up the next morning. All the other parking spaces were gone so I had to make do for the night. The poorly parked car was still there when we left at 10:30 the next morning.

I have heart issues and don't do well trying to climb stairs, if there is no elevator. They put us downstairs in a room that seemed to us to be spacious for us. The room was very clean. Also I spoke to a couple of the staff and they were very pleasant, as well as helpful.

Although it was an older facility it was very quaint, in fact I said I'd come back when I was talking to a couple of the staff. Especially since it was a short notice to get a room and the price was very good for a Friday night.

Large, extremely clean room which looked to be recently renovated. Plenty of room for three adults. Refrigerator was cold on check-in. Plenty of hot water and decent shower pressure. Property very clean, set back from street and very quiet at night. Plenty of complimentary parking. Fast WiFi. Would stay again when visiting the area.

Didn't care much for the provided soap so if you are picky you might want to bring your own. Plenty of pillows but somewhat hard. Mattresses could use a replacement as ours had noticeable dips in them but we still slept ok.

Very good value for the $ - exceptional clean, spacious room (downstairs) with a comfortable King bed and great pillows. The staff is very helpful, nice and accommodating. Although the weather was not hot enough to jump in the pool - we used the seating area to enjoy the fresh air and read .

Just for more convenience - a available toilet brush would be helpful ...

The room was very roomy with a table and chairs and a very comfortable chair. We had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay!

Personally, we found the beds to be a little too firm for our comfort. But the bedding and pillows were fine! I also felt like the price was fairly high for a motel. Not sure if it was an inflated rate ($262 for one night) because of their wine festival? But we were in town for a wedding, not the festival.

The hotel premises and the rooms (have stayed there twice) are very clean, upgraded, and comfortable. The owners are friendly and accommodating. It is close enough to the downtown to walk (about half an hour) through pleasant tree-lined streets, which is wonderful after good meals in town.

Nothing could have been better - it was excellent.

The owner was very pleasant during the check in process. The room was large with plenty of room for luggage and to hang clothing. The room and grounds were clean. There is plenty of parking. The room was quiet, cannot hear road noise in the room. There is a microwave and refrigerator. The shower had good water pressure and hot water.

The towels were a bit small.

Well kept for being an older hotel. The desk mgr was friendly. Very clean.

The bed was too hard. The toilet kept running and we had to keep dealing with that. There were some ants in the room but the office let us borrow their ant spray so it was resolved quickly.

Large clean room. Plenty of parking. Management let us check in early. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

The outside temperature was 100 degrees and the water pipes were above ground so on my initial use I had to run the cold water for 10 minutes to finally get cold water. As more people checked in later in the day and everyone started using water, things got back to normal.

Although the rooms are a bit dated it was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My partner and I got a very good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend if you need a budget friendly place to stay while visiting Paso Robles.
