We would like to write a positive feedback about this hotel, as we consider its low rating to be absolutely undeserved. The hotel is clean, located in a quiet place, the staff is responsive, willingly misses any requests. The room is declared by a corporate photo, bed linen, towels are clean, appliances are in good condition, with kitchen and dishes for 20$ deposit. Nice relaxation area with a clean pool and jacuzzi. There were reviews about the poor breakfast, but I would like to note that this breakfast is complimentary and free. That is, you can enjoy fresh, hot waffles with a cup of aromatic coffee (and more) without paying a single cent. Parking for your car will also be free with some deposit. Our conclusion of this place is 10 out of 10, as a result of price/quality.

There is not so fast Wi-Fi, but it's enough in many cases

The breakfast was nothing to get excited about only waffles the whole time so I was happy I had the kitchen. If it wasn't for the girl in the lobby with the glasses I'd say the customer service wasn't the best she was great when I checked in by the guy answering the phones towards the evening and morning answers and just says hello. He's not personable I'm wondering if his family owns this cause he acts like the way he speaks isn't a big deal. I even asked about what was in the breakfast he said yeah we have breakfast what are you asking ugh

I enjoyed this trip so much I stayed extra night but the staff from everybody from customer service to the maintenance guy to the housekeeper to the night clerk excellent everyone's been so helpful I stayed here with my family for almost a week and just down here was just incredible I used to see her a lot I haven't been here for a while and I am exceptionally pleased

There's nothing that I didn't like

Room was great and enjoyed the kitchen amenities.

Only issue was the guy with glasses that checked me in, didn't seem friendly and when I gave him my ID he threw it on the table like it was nothing and I had trouble understanding what he was asking. It was to the point where I didn't want to ask him anything regarding the breakfast they have or how to work the TV. The TV wasn't working but I didn't want to call the front desk to bother the guy. Better customer service is the only improvement needed.

It was me and my fiance's birthday we have been planning for a while that we wanted to get a reasonably nice hotel we've been to your hotel before in the past so the fact that we were able to get to hotel for such a reasonable price again was so great to us because we absolutely love the view and the room overall was great not to mention the staff was super kind and nice they answered all my questions I was really worried I was going to be able to pay with cash because the customer service line I called for all the hotels I was asking for was giving me a lot of hassle confusion so when I actually just booked the room and called myself the staff committee was really nice both in the morning and in the evening and the maintenance people were very nice as well and so was the housekeeping they came immediately whenever we needed anything or had any questions.

We got booked on the third floor for the second time it is kind of a hassle going up all those steps but in the same side kind of needed to exercise and the good part was ironically we got the same room that we got for our last anniversary so it's kind of sentimental to us so the only bad thing was the stairs but honestly I could use the exercise lol

The suite has all you need besides a couch .... That would complete nicely! A bubble bath would be fun too....lol;)

The property isn't the easiest to maneuver around but still a good one and good location. Also, wouldn't hurt to leave a little bit more of coffee packets:-) two regular two decaf would be cool. And I wish the Soaps smelled a bit more lively LOL they're kind of bland but they give you plenty, generously.

Complementary breakfast was an unexpected surprise with a do-it-yourself waffle station. Amazing, 10/10 would recommend. Breakfast starts at 6:30AM or so, a little early but definitely worth getting up for.

It was a bit confusing with check-in because the online check-in isn't connected to the hotel check-in yet, so that was a bit tricky to figure out.

Loved that the rooms have kitchens super convenient traveling with kids, the property was great not a bad location

They never had pool towels available and they never brought some to the pool or my room like they said they would I had to ask the cleaning crew and they were super helpful

The fact that there was a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and stove. Also, I was assigned to a room (111) that had an issue with the key card not opening the door. The staff was very quick to fix the problem by giving me another room.

Parking is somewhat limited. Last time I stayed at your hotel, there was no charge for parking (as far as I remember). Now, there is a $5 per night charge. I have no problem with the charge, but I returned to the hotel after midnight and there was no place for me to park.

It was spacious and clean. The breakfast was superb and the banana nut waffles were delicious!!

The jacuzzi was being painted so I wasn’t able to enjoy it. However the pool was clean and big.
