Friendly staff overall. Clean and comfortable room and very spacious for us and my service dog. Per friendly! We stayed a week.

No cameras at all throughout the hotel except ONE in the lobby! Very disappointed as we were broken into and the man at the counter gave my friend a card to my room without checking ID or asking his name!

Service is excellent. I would like to thank Daniel at front desk who is so nice and helpful. He responded to my needs very promptly and provided good advice when I was thinking to extend stay. We had a pet cat with us and were hard to catch him when check out. We sought for help. Daniel and his colleague came to us with no hesitation. He had been scratched by the cat but still tried his best to help us. Millions of thanks to him and his colleague.

Away from the traffic of the city and close to groceries and food. Extremely clean - I wore white socks for two days in the room in lieu of slippers and they were still clean.

Thin walls and floors. Dogs are allowed but I could hear one barking in the evening. Steps above me and on stairs nearby were noticeable. Ear plugs sold no problem. This location is very slightly remote for a single woman... even though I liked being away from the city. Ample free parking with fair lighting.

Daniel at the front desk was the best! The maintenance guy made me another pot of coffee when they were out and Paula was exceptionally nice!

Please vacuum the hallways That is not breakfast but we all Know that

Cheap and close to work

Hotel needed to keep opening door for us because they couldn’t create key cards and the bed kept sliding and flipping upwards if we sat on the edge.

kitchenette, pets, and Danny the clerk was pleasant, kind and he corrected a booking mistake made accidentally by another staff immediately.

faucet in shower leaking, had to close bathroom door to silence noise.

Kitchen was ok. Had to ask for pots, pans and dishes etc. as cupboards were empty. Full size fridge. Heat/AC worked fine. Parking right below window was nice to keep an eye on car. Easy location on a fairly quiet street and just a couple blocks off the freeway. Very quiet. Bed comfortable.

There’s no dinner ware or utensils but obviously we made it work but it would be nice to be able to use the stove etc but over all a great stay in San Diego thanks again

Compared to the La Quinta Inn we stayed in the night before, this felt like a luxury hotel. The manager gave us an extra hour for late checkout which really was accommodating. Very quiet also.

My only negative would be it’s not too close to eating establishments in a walking distance, but I had my truck so could always drive.
