this facility is amazing. It's clean, quiet and comfortable. It's also located within walking distance of a mall with multiple resturants.

The lady who checked us in was not very helpful. She saw me standing in line for 10 minutes and just let me stand there. I got tired of waiting so I walked over and asked if she could check me in and she said yes. She saw the customer in the other line was having difficulty but she did not say anything. Instead she let the line of people checking in pike up. Other than that, this facility is amazing. It's clean, quiet and comfortable.

Loved the atmosphere when you first arrive. They also give you commentary cookies when you check in. The pool is so nice, better go during the day to get a nice tan. Breakfast is good if you really like American breakfast. Elevators were nice too. The have reusable soap in the bathroom. The bedrooms are clean and view was nice.

Walls were a little thin, you can hear the cars on the highway when sleeping. 1st night sleeping I keep waking up. 2nd night I slept thru it so I got use to it. Bed was lumpy.

Text updates on how our stay was going were very nice.

We didn't like that the pool was rented for privet parties on the weekend. If there is a privet party it should be open for at least half of the day, until the party begins. We also saw no reason to close the entire bar for the party. It lessened the value of our stay.

Very nice property. Perfect size. Rooms were spacious, oldish but nice and sturdy furniture, bathrooms updated. Restaurant and bar excellent service and selection. Nice little store w ready made food options. Nice gym and pool.

Ceramic mugs for coffee in room, not only disposable mugs.

The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful! Also, the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and the San Diego trolley.

There was a strong smell of artificial fragrance in the lobby of the hotel. Hopefully, the hotel will discontinue the use of artificial fragrance.

I liked the front desks Customers service.. I love the Choc chip cookies.. The Hotel itself is Lovely Breakfast was good. Over price though

What I didn't like is that you didn't have a mini fridge and to know you charge to have 1 brought up is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of. Meaning who ever purchased 1 will have to be interrupted and will take a min to get cold. I Had to throw away my food. Also I didn't like getting disturbed @ 8am in the morning by housekeeper when check out wasn't until 11am.With that said the hotel need to have a better system In letting the house keepers know what rooms are empty. Also you need to put that on the website

The location was great, staff was very attentive, property is well maintained

The room was too cold, and very noisy someone was slamming things at the wall. Music was blasting, and the room had a weird smell.

It's a nice hotel in a great location! The staff were extremely accommodating and kind.

The lobby smelled like a sewage line had burst; the air condition in my room didn't work very well, but luckily San Diego has incredible weather so it did the trick!

The indoor and outdoor pools, plus hot tub were fantastic. We swam every night!---a real luxury for us. I paid for brkfst as part of our hotel stay pkg and loved that I did that. Was great food and helped us get going in the mornings. We loved having such easy access to SD's Trolley; that made getting downtown so easy, quick, and affordable. The staff were so friendly and competent. Everything we asked for we got in short order like more towels, another box of tissue, etc.

There were never any towels on the rack at the outdoor pool - no exaggeration. No towels on the rack outside, ever, in 5 days' stay. We just went inside and got them from the indoor pool, but it would have been nice to have towels outside because they were needed there too. ~ I failed to leave a much deserved tip for the housekeeping staff. I'm so sorry about that because they deserved it and it was my intent to leave a tip for them.

Rooms were nice.

The pool wasn’t heated. Also the floor around the pool was extremely slippery. Wrong floor to have around pool. My son fell and I almost fell and we were walking slow. I also didn’t like that I had to pay extra for parking.
