It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Very cleaned, smelled great, low or no noise at all. We were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The bathroom was a little awkward because there was a lot of unused space where there was room for a double sink, which would have made it absolutely perfect.

When we first came in to get checked in, no one greeted us. There was 2 people at the counter, one was with a customer and the other one wasn't. Neither even looked up to even acknowledge us. We stood there in front of the counter very awkwardly because we weren't even sure if we should come up to the window. We slowly after waiting about 5 minutes, walked up and the person that checked us in seemed like he has been waiting on us. It was weird.

I stayed at this hotel for San Diego Comic Con. The property is less than 10 minutes away from the nearest Comic Con shuttle stop, which is convenient. The hotel staff were professional, and they have a convenient luggage storage system at the front desk. The hotel looked modern and spacious. The rooms Eeee giant and pretty well-kept. I especially liked that the room sink was separate from the bathroom, which was great when sharing the room. The room had a mini refrigerator. The patio overlooking the pool was a nice addition. The public pool area had plenty of seating and a hot tub. The gym was clean and ready for use. Overall there were several comfortable places to hang out with friends at this hotel.

In my room, the telephone made a horrifically loud buzzing sound nonstop; I unplugged it when I did not need to use it. The bathroom vent did not work. The TV did not have streaming apps like YouTube; this would have been a game-changer. I requested a late checkout by an hour, and they gave me 30 additional minutes. While better than nothing, it also felt like a lame joke. The hotel is not particularly close to casual eating options, so you either have to pay for convenience and eat at the hotel restaurant or drive outside of the hotel circle to pick up food.

Location of the Hotel is good. Close drive to restaurants and location of interests. Room smelled great which is an indication of a clean room in my opinion. Although the bathroom smelled a little moldy. The bed is not that soft but the pillows are. The room is beautiful and clean, on the higher end, not cheap looking and very clean. I’m a little OCD and I was not grossed out so I would stay here again. Parking is a little pricey, but it’s close to the entrance of the hotel and its gated so it’s safe and very convenient, not too far of a walk. Staff is nice and it was an easy check in and check out.

Wi-Fi could be better.

The staff were great, helpful and when I had a problem they did their best to sort it out. Lovely, beautiful hotel. The interiors are stunning and they put a lot of money into the furnishings. Food in the restaurant was very good as well.

i thought the bed was not very comfortable. And when I asked for a feather pillow, they could not accommodate, all the pillows were the same very full and hard. They need to work on their bedding. Also internet was not working in the rooms. They said it was temporary and did pay for half my dinner and drinks to compensate. I wasn't working so it was not an issue for me, but if you needed it that would have been a problem. But they also can't help these things so it wasn't something I would really complain about unless it lasted for several days. I only stayed one night.

This was the second time staying here and we loved it. It is so beautiful, walking through the doors there is a wonderful peaceful feeling. The lobby is gorgeous. The staff were lovely. A special shout out for Josie at the reception desk. We ate twice at the on site restaurant, Teresa's. It was very good food, well presented and served. Also, there is a great seating area where you could do some work, relax and visit or just relax. If I sound like I'm a little over the top, I am rather smitten by this place.

The staff especially in Theresa' restaurant were fantastic. General management was also great. On a particular day there were staffing issues in the kitchen and breakfast started late. I was told that I do not have to pay to compensate for the inconvenience.

The corridors of the building were kept an uncomfortabnly low temperature. Apart for the discomfort, this is also a waste of enegery.

Our daughter's graduation luncheon was held at the Legacy Resort & Hotel, San Diego (very close to UCSD) last weekend on June 16th. It was a delightful experience as the restaurant area (The Fountains) was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for family gatherings. The food was excellent! The catering manager, Jane Ulyshen, was very accommodating. DeeDee and her team made sure that our guests had everything they needed. DeeDee even entertained our kids by asking them who their favorite Pokémon characters are. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience and a cherished memory for our daughter and our family to have such a fantastic graduation celebration. We are visiting again when we are in the area. Very nice and very clean hotel. Secure parking.

Not sure if the restaurant is considered to be part of the hotel or not but we were not happy with our breakfast meal. The Eggs Benedict (muffin) was overcooked, had to ask for a steak knife to cut them and even with the steak knife it was very difficult to cut. We told our server about it and the manager came over to apologize and said he would take them off the check (which he did). The server was not friendly after that. We were disappointed with her.

The property was clean and seemed newer. The food in the restaurant for happy hour and breakfast was really good. The pool area was very nice and the pool itself was heated. Overall the room was a good size and so was the bathroom.

There are no options on the restaurant menu for kids. Paying $18 for a waffle for a kid isn't cool. A kids menu would be a great addition. The towels in the bathroom were really cheap and one of them had holes in it. The vanity is huge but there is only one sink and mirror. For as long as the vanity was, there was a lot of wasted space. I wanted to buy a few things from the shop in the lobby but no one was at the desk at the time and there were no instructions on where to pay so I ended up not getting anything.
