The location since it was closed to several places. The neighborhood was safe and quiet.

I did not like that they charged for the parking. I think it should be free.

This hotel impressed us! The staff there were all really nice and helpful, the price was excellent, the rooms were very clean and really nice, the bed seemed ok but we didn't end up sleeping there as my dad was rushed to the hospital so we had to leave abruptly so I cant say how the bed was all night but everything else was excellent! I love that they have a little store with items if you need something or snacks and even alcohol. There was a full breakfast that we didn't eat since we left but we were told about it. We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

I like everything about this property. Very warm staff and always up for a conversation. To hear out or give suggestions. I love it. My second time staying there and i wouldn't change it for future trips!

Not all staff at reception is equally trained. Some can handle cash others can't, some can print a receipts others can't. It would be great if all staff members are equally trained. Or pair one completely trained and authorized with one who is still in training or less authorized.

Staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was awesome!

When we went to breakfast at 8am there was nothing left not even milk for cereal. We stayed here because heard the breakfast made the rate doable. A bit disappointed. There was a man yelling at the lady working in the breakfast area about wanting more apples. He asked for orange but there was none. She said only apples and he was calling her names and everything. People were upset there was no food and the trash was so high. No coffee, not hot food, no milk for cereal even the cereal only had cheerios left

Hot food on the buffet was warm not hot, the coffee uarns did not keep coffee warm for long, but it was a very nice place and I would definitely recommended to my friends and stay there again..

Nothing, it was a very nice place. Staff was very nice. Breakfast bar out of good array of food like I said they need to figure out a system to keep the food hotter. They provide a good seating area for you to sit down as a family or as a person to eat your food. Watch a little TV, use computer.

Location, reputation of Hampton. Snacks in the room.

We were in room 534. There was hole in the wall over the headboard. Wallpaper coming off the wall near the A/C unit. Need to fix up the desk furniture. It is all nicked up. The breakfast foods were not great. The scrambled eggs were rubbery. The sausage was like cardboard. The potatoes were way overcooked so I went to the cereal and the Raisin Bran was stale. Very unusual for Hampton.

Lobby is big, spacious and clean. Access to elevator is close to check-in counter. The breakfast afforded convenience and time savings for the morning rush. Food is plentiful and offered adequate variety. The rooms are clean and adequate in size. Bathroom facilities are adequate with lots of hot water.

Only issue that needs some attention is the bathroom tile which looked dirty. The toilet seat was not secured to the toilet bowl and is wobbly. There is not enough towel hangers to dry bath towels after use.

Good customer service at the beginning of stay and hotel was very clean and comfortable.

When checking out, the rep said my card declined and I owed a fee. However, my stay was paid for through a 3rd party. When I checked in the rep even told me it was all paid. She tried sending payment through a couple more times which dinged my credit because it was through. 3 rd party. She stressed me out. A supervisor was able to handle it later that day. The other rep didn’t know what she was doing.

I liked the location, which was very close to the venue for the event I was attending. I liked the room as it met my needs perfectly. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was great as well!

The shower door didn't slide as well as it could have, maybe it needs to be oiled? The window curtains didn't close all the way leaving an annoying spot in the middle where light got through. Minor quibbles really.

We liked the comfortable bed. The shower head and water pressure were great. It was a very nice surprise to have a nice shower with glass door instead of a bathtub with a curtain. The night light in the bathroom was a particularly great touch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety. Parking was fairly easy even later in the evening.

Pretty minor, but still worth mentioning: There were no outlets available by the nightstands. The only ones available were on or near the desk. It can be inconvenient to charge phones, watches, ipad, etc when they are not within reach during the night. The lamp on the desk had outlets on its base, however they were unusable/ too wide to retain any plugs.
