It was clean and the location

The toilet will not flush properly. I waited to flush is and water kept rising so didn’t use it all night. In the morning I flush it slowly and the pipes made a horrible noise and water started leaking from bottom of toilet. I closed the water but lot of water was already on the floor, put towels and went to tell them at the front desk. I understand it happens but that was the inconvenience.

It served it's purpose very well.

Nobody ever came to the room to make the bed nor to replace towels or tissue. I had to go to the office. And there were several tenants walking around with angry, growling and barely controllable dogs. Unfortunately one was right next to our room. We had to check around when leaving our room.

Staff was polite and very helpful. Location of hotel is central to the mission valley area shopping, restaurants, and much more. Parking is plentiful and quiet at night. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Have stayed many times over the years and no issues with anything.

a microwave in the room would be nice and an ice machine on the property.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and good for couples or families of any ages. Parking lot is well lit at night and safe surroundings.

I still like to have a microwave in the room as I normally make tea or heat something up and most of the hotels are doing away with them.

Amazing hotel with a great price. All of the staff are welcoming, professional, courteous and helpful. Taylor was a very helpful and knowledgable young lady and I appreciate her help.

There was nothing I did not like

Great stay!! Was a little small but... Location was close to everything.. was happy there was no charge for pets..i just wish the front area had their own ice machines..

Staff was very helpful. Allowed me a late check-out. Room was very clean.

The bathtub drain cover was so, that it couldn't be stopped or closed off. Therefore, I was not able to bathe, which was most important for the trip.

The property is in a convenient location, relatively central. It was consistently clean. Aside from the interesting characters that seem to lurk around at night and the freeway being so close, it’s a relatively quiet spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the management went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay and you can tell they are doing they’re best to properly handle some of the unwanted crowd, and the reputation it’s brought that location.

Our room didn’t have a microwave, coffee pot, or little fridge. Which from the pictures and my experience with most hotels, I was expecting those amenities. The washers didn’t work while we were here which is unfortunate because we really needed them.

the ladies working were super nice and helpful. i like how easily accessible the rooms are

the beds don't stay in place. when u go to sit they slide around. my ac wasn't working well the guy came n looked at it n said he would be back n he never came back.
