the hotel itself was great, room was nice, pool and spa were great. pool is perfect temperature. a few too many kids for my taste, but that's not the hotel's fault haha.

they need to put chairs & table out on the balconies, an empty balcony is really useless. they may need more staffing, the ice maker on the 4th floor was empty on Saturday afternoon, and the pool towel racks at the pool and the spa were empty from Saturday evening on, in spite of the lobby saying they had housekeeping bringing out more

We enjoyed using the pool. The PM Bartender Larry was very nice and helpful! He recommended some great food & drink spots for us downtown and added some great memories to our trip. Excellent service. The Koi pond is peaceful & beautiful!

We did not like that there is no restaurant open between 10:30am until 5pm. The market place had few options. We were out of hair conditioners for 2 nights and did not get towels refreshed.

The beds and pillows were comfy, everything was very clean, we love the set up for the room we stayed in, having a view of the pool on one side and having the waterfall and ponds on the other side. Lovely place to stay!

The parking was a little tight as we had to park on one end and walk to the other but it wasn't that bad. There really wasn't anything else that bothered.

Location is great. We stayed here to go to Legoland and the beach and it was right in the middle of everything. I love that the pool is heated. The beds and pillows were so comfy.

Microwaves are not in the room but you just have to call to request one and they will bring it to you so you are good to take small foods. Parking spaces can be very small though.

Location. Would have liked to have restaurant open for coffee in the morning. Elevators need cleaning. Sliding doors need graphite spray in tracks

Restaurant closed. Couldn't buy a big cup of coffee. A girl named Tierney was exceptional at front desk. Polite attentive offered condolences at my Father's passing. Just delightful promote this girl!!!

The room/bathroom/balcony is spacious, clean, comfortable, and overall quiet. Secure parking, easy access to the elevators, and the amenities (pool area and koi pond) were all extra perks.

The only issue was the room doors would slam shut loudly. I could hear them slamming shut all around us on the 5th floor.

Room and bed are ok. Location is good.

Paying for parking. More important: they charged my card twice. The correct amount (without deposit) charged and I can see it in my records. But the amount they charged while check-in (with deposit) is pending and it affects my available credit limit!

Everything was great including the facility,price and staff especially Jenny Michelle Jocelyn Those three ladies took care of my kids and took care of handling the luggages (thanks to them). I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Clean room with a comfortable bed. Staff was great. We ate at the bar and the food was delicious. Our server was Mel. He was so nice and provided great service.

I was disappointed that the fire pits were out of propane. I was told by the front desk that they only refill the propane once a week.
