The rooms are very clean and I like that they provide a microwave and refrigerator in each room. Nice flat screen TV and lots of channels to choose from. The location is great and they have ample free parking for guests.

The rooms need to be more soundproof from the noise of the 8 Freeway that is located in front of the hotel. The noise of the freeway prevented me from getting a good nights sleep. The room doors have a 1/2 inch gap opening between the door and door frame and this allows freeway noise to come in. They need to install some kind of weatherproof stripping around the door to close the open gap and install double panes windows to help minimize the noise.

The room was large, with a sofa in addition to the bed. I would have also enjoyed an "easy chair," but all in all, the room was the right size for me. It was kept clean by the staff. Thank you for a ground floor room, since I have difficulty with stairs. The pool spa area was wonderful.

It was fine for me, but I had to ask for additional coffee packets, since it was serviced every other day. I miss continental buffet breakfast from previous years. I received terrible service from the CRUST restaurant. "We're not open," or "sit there, no wait, sit over there," and generally so rude I left without eating there.

only ice machine out of service for 3 days. my tiny frig didn’t hold much froze my sodas and cheese! room never serviced and trash never removed during 4 night stay.

I thought the hotel was goin to be bad since i read the reviews from previous guests but i didn't see anything wrong w my room or the location. yes its by the FWY but u can't hear it unless ur windows open. 2: the beds are comfortable/ soft like some guests said on their reviews for me it was good. we did have a microwave, a fridge as well. The bathroom was clean n so was the room when we arrive. mom liked that their was a liquor store where she can go get her coffee next day at 7am when they open. Everything else was fine w me n my mom who stayed n it's soo close to sea world.. we will stay again when we come back to SD . Staff were awsome too.. Our view from our room was nice I also liked the fact that u will get charged $250 if u smoke inside the room n they have signs all over the hotel it states " You puff puff, you pay" Over all good job

well the AC didn't work that well but it wasn't too hot for me to go tell the staff, it was cold outside actually. The parkin space was tight as other reviewers mention but we did fit. The only thing that i was not aware was that they charged my room even before we even arrived even though I was told we would b charged till after my stay.. Some one Needs to re- take the pictures of the property n rooms, bathroom, pool n location outside so the viewers can see how it really is because i think that the pictures need to be updated and people think its a stinker hotel but its not.

The front desk staff, housekeepers and maintenance man were all amazing. The hotel was super cute. Clean, beds were comfortable and the windows that open were so nice to enjoy the nice cool breeze while relaxing in our room. Pool and jacuzzi were great. The price was right and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Just a polite suggestion I wish they had a strip of grass for guests who bring dogs. My dog would not go potty without grass. I was able to take her to a nearby park for them to go but it would still be nice to have a designated area for them.

The room is big and comfortable, the swimming pool was awesome and everything else was great except for 1 thing. ✨ Room 238, the bathroom needs to be addressed. ✨ Sink needs a deep cleaning for trapped hair and soap scum. A Sink cleaning brush for pipe and liquid hot "Zep" found at Home Depot would work to speed up the slow drain. Shower has quite a few spots of mold on the ceiling which can be cleaned with " bleach". ✨ Other than that every thing else was great!

Room & Pool Very Good. Restaurant food could have been better. Fourth of July, The Management Invited us for free food at the pool, was very nice of him.

After Checking out , we ate Breakfast at the Restaurant, we thought the food could have been better. We tried to stay a 3rd night, but it was Saturday night , & the price was more then we wanted to pay, so we returned home to Palm Springs at 115 Degreeze temperature, instead of enjoying another night in San Diego at 75 Degreeze. Thank you for 2 nice days in San Diego,

Feel safe, staff are very nice, polite and helpful. I forgot her name but she was the one who assisted me when I checked in. Gave her a good compliment. One is a young man, and the other is a little older man. Sorry I forgot their name but these 3 are very helpful.

Kindly please add a little light as the rooms seem kinda dark and I end up reading and studying on the toilet just to get a brighter light.
