Staff was nice, breakfast and dinner were good. Housekeeping was quick to bring items we needed. Location was nice. Onsite gym and laundry mat

Having to pay $50 a day for parking per vehicle. And tourism fees. I am not a tourist nor was I traveling from out of town. Beds and couch bed were a little uncomfortable.

The room is clean and doesn’t smell unlike other hotel, perfect space for a family. Very good breakfast.

The sofa bed mattress is thin. Water from the shower is slow.

i loved that this was perfect for my family with a 3 year old! we stayed for 5 nights. the room was big and comfortable with a full fridge! and kitchen! there was free breakfast everyday and we were there for free dinner on monday, tuesday and wednesday the location was close to seaworld and a reasonable distance to La Jolla which was the perfect beach for my baby! the pool was the perfect ending to our days! my daughter just loved her pool time the staff was so wonderful, i’m so sorry i don’t remember all your names but Ador, Shaq were so wonderful

the beds can be more comfortable and bring a sound machine because it’s next to the freeway! so it can get loud.

We loved the kitchenette and full sized refrigerator, when traveling with little kids it's important to have their favorite foods available. This made it possible to prepare meals they prefer when not out doing activities. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise.

I wish the parking spaces were wider because it was extremely hard to get in and out of your car. Other hotels in the area include free parking with your stay, but this hotel charges $25 per day. Also, if you use the internet to play a game console, watch movies on a device, or connect a tablet, you will have to upgrade your wifi access for a fee of $30.

I loved everything about the property. As a San Diego native, I’ve grown to oppose hotels located in hotel circle. Even despite upgrades, the quality over the years just seemed to continue to decline. I was pleasantly surprised by this property. It’s exactly as pictured. The breakfast selection was enough of a variety that it didn’t seem like we were eating the same thing all three days. I love the manager social with complimentary wine and beer every night. My husband and kids especially enjoyed the outside games. The pool and hot tub weren’t the cleanest. Lots of bees too. But the gas grills were a great alternative. The staff were exceptional. Always asking about the satisfaction of my stay. I’m pretty sure my family used every amenity available including the change machine for the laundry. This was probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in San Diego especially for the price.

Only thing that I just couldn’t move past was the mildew smell upon entry into our room. Clean room. Well attended. But it seemed like whenever we’d leave and come back and even upon initial entry- there’s a damp/mildew type smell

The lobby is always important to me because I don’t like to sit in the hotel room to relax. I love all the spaces at this hotel. The breakfast and appetizer evening was very good. I loved the chia pudding. This hotel is conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. We joked that everything was 10 min away.

I didn’t like the couch in the hotel room and the vinyl. It reminded me of a nursing home and it was worn some.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! The lobby and the outside area was very nice, the room was very spacious, and The front desk staff were very kind.

Housekeeping was terrible…requested a fresh sets of towels twice in a same day within 2 hours and waited 6 hours total and never received them had to go downstairs to front desk myself and grab some, and Our room was out of body wash (during 2 days of stay)..so yeah housekeeping 2/10.

Very clean, location and breakfast and I love the ceiling fan in the bedroom as an added feature. I’ve never had that before and it helps! A lot of the hotels here in Vegas, the air isn’t as good when on Auto especially in the summer months

I didn’t like that there wasn’t another entrance to the bathroom in the 1 bedroom suite besides getting to the bathroom from the bedroom as I had my 17 yr old daughter staying on the sofa bed. She had to go through our room and into the bathroom

My family and I are not from San Diego. I came for an On-Campus experience at SDSU. I felt at home the moment I walked in. The atmosphere felt welcoming. The concierge team was hospitable. I appreciated the fact that the team accommodated for me to check in early. I liked that it was a quick process that didn't compromise quality. It stood out to me that even though there was only 10 minutes of breakfast service left, the team member invited me to check it out and let me know those services were available to us. I did not realize this was included in my booking. Everyone from the food team created core memories for my family and I. There wasn't a moment where any of us had to ask if there was more of something because they were efficient in refreshing food and beverages. Jordge stood out to us because everyday he came to work with a can do attitude. He was really good with making sure that everyone's needs/wants were fulfilled. He was really helpful, enthusiastic, informative, and kind. My hotel room was stocked, comfortable, and most importantly clean!

The elevator in the West Lobby needs a maintenance check because it made an abrupt rattling and loud noise everytime we went down. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I want to thank the staff for providing some dinner while we were there on Christmas Day because there were no restaurants open or anything else and we would not have had any dinner if not for the hotel staff. Also, I liked the spacious 2 bedroom suite and the cleanliness of our room.
