I loved the location. You are right in Old Town which is close to everything else. You’re about a ten minute ride to Gaslamp and Little Italy! The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. There is street parking you don’t have to pay for which is a nice option if you don’t want to pay for the parking garage.

The only complaints I have was that the mirror hadn’t been cleaned (there were finger prints all over it) and that the air conditioner wouldn’t go below 68 degrees.

Great location for Old Town and quick overnight stay for airport.

Had a bad experience with the man at reception at 4:30 pm April 7. I had returned rental car and couldn't get my uber app to work. Was alone in sketchy area (Sun Diego Car Rentals - which was closed). All alone. Called husband back at hotel and he asked front desk if they could call an uber for me or a taxi and he was told no. He was finally able to get through to a taxi service and get me picked up. Disappointing.

Great location, walking distance to every attraction in Old Town San Diego; but far enough to be quiet, even on a busy weekend.

Since parking is limited, the cost is a bit pricey but very safe. Weekend costs of the room can be high but the location helps to set you at ease.

Breakfast was good, my room was beyond perfect with enough space, The workers were insanely sweet. During breakfast, one lady even brought out fresh eggs for me.

I loved everything except the fact that there were no more blankets, the hotel ran out of them I suppose. It was pretty cold. Other than that everything was fine. Well except the watery oatmeal.

Quiet and quaint. Near everything in San Diego (if you have a car and trolly accessible for most places if you do not). Also has a hot tub and a pool (small) and comfortable beds. Terrific breakfast.

Our room was a little sub ground with a window but below street level. I would ask for a room on the upper floor next time.

My wife was saying that was one of the best breakfast we had in a hotel. we had stay in the courtyard hotel a couple of times but fairway Inn and suites was way better. I recommend Fairway inn &suites you won’t be disappointed

The only thing was the parking is $30 and also if you have a truck or SUV you can’t park in there underground parking because it’s too low

We travel to San Diego at least 2 to 3 times a year and this was a hidden gem. We really enjoyed the location and how we were treated. We also liked how the balcony doors opened up and let in fresh air.

It would’ve been nice if the price would’ve been a little lower. As much as we like staying here, I don’t know how much this will be in our budget the next trip.

The room was decent and clean. The property is super quiet which I love, I appreciate that there is a fridge and coffee maker. The staff was Great! I would stay here again.

The bathroom needs to be updated, the floor kinda squeaky. Street parking made me a little uneasy but we did not experience any problems.

During My stay in the hotel the front desk staff were very helpful and all my wishes came true! From changing my pillows to unplugging the scent diffuser. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and the location was very convenient.
