The location was centralized perfectly to reach our destinations of choices, close to the airport with no noise interruption, close to many locations to eat and plenty of parking.

I would have liked to have had a bit more variety to chose from from the continental breakfast and I definitely would have enjoyed the options to be either fully stocked, or had them available at 6:30am. I prefer to eat in a fully lite area and watching the staff arrive at 7:15-7:30ish and still take their time to enter the building, stock the condiment's, fill the hot water jug and bring out the boiled eggs at 8am wasn't helpful when it is clearly stated breakfast from 6am-9am I believe was the time frame.

The bed and bathroom were clean. Quick registration. Convenient large parking area.

We stayed for 6 days and just got out room cleaned once. They charge a $10 dollar deposit every day that they do not mention during the check-in. On top of that, we were charged $6 extra for no reason.

I liked the breakfast, and the room was spacious and really liked the set up.

The pool was freezing and very dirty so I didn't like that.

Convenient location to Se World and Mission Beach. It had plenty of eating choices that were available via walking distance, which we did. The room was decent and what I expected from an older place. We had no issues with the room itself, the bathroom was decent except the toilet did clog easily, but a plunger was there to use. The breakfast was really decent and more than I expected, we used the service every morning.

It is in the Midway district of San Diego, so you need to be aware that there are some extremely stinky homeless people in the area. They never did approach or step onto the property. We were in room 105 and the bathroom sink fixture was pretty worn out, but usable.

The hotel is practially walkable to the Old Town and really conviniently located for the Sea World or the downtown of San Diego both by car or public transport. The room was clean and comfortable with all listed stuff. Breakfast is served from 6 and better hurry because things finish quickly - we saw a homeless couple enjoying the meal - nobody checks that I had impression. We do reccommend this place but remember this is not a 5 star hotel in the downtown.

We paid more than it said on our Booking.com reservation by 30 dollars - when asked the receptionist said it was some additional charge and they would refund it - I checked and they did refund the 30 dollars.

The location of the motel is perfect. Many fast-food, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. It's easy to get to all the attractions in San Diego conveniently if you drive. Self-service breakfast is included.

The electric outlets are all very loose, making them hard use. The room gets hotter than the outside temperature unless you use the AC. The staff in the front desk is helpful for getting your room access but somewhat indifferent for other things. The beds are somewhat smaller than what I would expect.

Room was good. Had a microwave and mini fridge which were handy and bed was very comfortable. The wifi was great. Breakfast was decent and pretty good for a continental breakfast. The location was close to Old Town station (3 stops by Bus 28) and the trolley to downtown is only about 15 - 20 minutes.

The bathroom was definitely not what I expected. It was clean but was definitely looking very old and well used.

The location was great. Super close to shopping centers and attractions. Main desk associate was nice and friendly when checking in and out.

Room was a little dirty. Bathtub was dirty when arrived. There was a little splash of what seemed like either blood or some red liquid in the corner on the carpet near the closet. On the first morning of my stay it was raining super hard, I opted to use the complimentary breakfast they have. Once it hit 9:00 am when breakfast time ended the lady that works the breakfast room decided it was a great idea to close the main doors and lock them and open the doors to the pool area and have guests walk through the wet slippery pool area in the storm. She did get upset after a guest asked her to open the main doors and proceeded to tell the guest that she opened the pool doors for a reason. She eventually opened the doors to the hotel lobby but was upset about having to do so.

Property was at a great location from the beach, Downtown SD, and mainly SeaWorld which was the purpose of the stay. Great Value beds were comfortable close to Target, grocery store and In n Out.

The floor was a bit dirty when we arrived, left over towel in the closet from previous group that had stayed. We got a non-smoking room which kind of smelt like cigarettes
