The employees that work there are incredibly friendly and efficient. They keep the place immaculate and are ready to serve your every need. The breakfast was well prepared and the place was clean. The underground parking garage, though tight, was convenient and safe.

The only major issue was the free wifi connection. If I was doing business, I would have had to pay for better. The location is great if you are going to spend your time around Mission Bay. It was ten minutes to Old Town; five minutes to Sea World, and ten minutes to the beach. The immediate surrounding area around the hotel is not the greatest but we never felt unsafe.

I love the staff. The manager (Ms. Sharla) was very helpful. We were disappointed because we did not know sesame’s place was closed and so she recommended good places for us to go.She was very helpful and accomodating.My husband and kids had fun at the museums she recommended. More so, I was very satisfied with the help of Ms. Hazel. My child has autism and I asked if I can have an extra bed for the floor since I was scared that my daughter could fall off of the bed. Unfortunately, it was not available but she went as far as going to our room and recommending and showing what could possibly help to keep her safe. She went as far as making the bed for us to ensure my kid would not fall. It helped a lot! All in all we had a great stay. My husband was also very satisfied.

The parking was a little bit too compact for us.

Breakfast was good. Pool was small but the pool area was quaint and pretty and the privacy from the street was appreciated. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. I liked how there was dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and a cute little bar soap for hands with soap dish. That was very hospitable! I felt very comfortable. Also, when I smelled marijuana coming up from the floor below, I called the front desk and they handled it promptly and I didn’t smell it again for the remainder of the night. Front desk clerks were kind and accommodating. Using booking.com made my experience easy! Also, I loved that I was led to an affordable and comfortable hotel 6 minutes away from SeaWorld. This was my kids first hotel experience. They thought it was so nice. My husband was impressed with the nice room, quick distance from SeaWorld and the breakfast.

A maintenance lady handled the coffee after touching trash while cleaning up the coffee station. I passed on coffee at breakfast on account of that.

The breakfast is a big surprise. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is clean. The location is good. Although it is close to the highway, but it’s a a quiet highway at night.

The noise of the elevator. I asked for a quiet room, but ended up in a room right cross the elevator. The noise from the moving elevator was very annoying at night and the early morning. I think we were not the only guests who heard the noise.

Everything was great. The room was a great size for my family. When called for room service they were very fast. Like at your door minutes after you called! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and the kids enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The location for us was amazing! Literal minutes away from both sea world and San Diego zoo. We will always stay at this location when visiting San Diego.

The property and location was exactly what I was expecting. The hotel was exactly as it saids on the details section. Non-smoking inside which is what I absolutely expected when booking. Many times hotels are listed as smoke free but when you get to room you can smell the stench of cigarettes. This is very important to me and my family as we have sensitive breathing conditions. The hotel was so clean and comfortable I loved the amount of large towels and toiletries in bathroom and how they don’t use cheaper products they have all dove products in bath which I loved! The fitness center was adequate for the purpose and secure. The swimming pool and hot tub were great. They also had nice little table area for family to relax by hot tub with plenty of extra towels to grab and go. Pool was secure and gated also a plus. The parking was secure and fits many larger sized vehicles. They have security cameras in Parking garage which is great for a little extra piece of mind. The location of hotel was perfect for my family trip to SeaWorld. 5 min drive was perfect! So many great stores and dining right by hotel. The absolute BEST part was the breakfast!! OMG they definitely did not disappoint. That was the best part to be honest it highly exceeded my expectations. The staff was AMAZING and so friendly as well. Big thanks to those kind hardworking Hispanic ladies who made sure me and my family were comfortable they made sure everything was fully stocked during our stay & during breakfast as there were many hungry guests eating and nothing was out of stock which was perfect!!! Me and my family will definitely be booking at this location many more times in the near future for our family trips to SeaWorld. Definitely a 10+ /10.

The only thing that I didn’t like which wasn’t anything really bad I think it’s just my personal preference was the water pressure in the sink in the bathroom. It came out very little on full power but adequate enough to wash hands and brush teeth etc. the shower water pressure was perfect! The dining area for breakfast was adequate for hotel but maybe provided more spacing between each table so it’s not so close to one another. The swimming pool and hot tub walls look a little algae like. Like they needed a good cleaning but could just need a new coat of paint that would definitely help the look of the area for sure and maybe some nice cute lighting around the area as it was pretty dark for our late evening swim.

The Staff was excellent, the room was very comfortable, and breakfast was better than other hotels. This has caused us to consider this hotel our best choice for this San Deigo location, as well as safe parking and Friday & Saturday evening cookies.

The room view was lousy, but it was a minimum takeaway, considering how secure the hotel is with the surrounding degrading area with obvious homelessness encampments close to the hotel facility.

Tucked into a small spot and not in a nice location. The hotel however was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The hotel room was actually really nice.

When we first got there, the front desk lady was outside talking with someone (I’m assuming a friend of hers). It was early and the door was locked. My daughter needed to use a bathroom and she refused and told us to come back at 3.

It was near attractions like SeaWorld, San Diego zoo and USS midway. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. There is a laundry room for us to do our laundry conveniently. Staff were friendly and helpful. Safe and family friendly.

Carpark is a bit narrow for our Chev Tahoe, but they have areas in the carpark for bigger vehicles though limited.

When we arrived Jacky was at the desk and she was so friendly and helpful. She gave us suggestions for things to do in the area, good places to eat, and gave us maps to get around. I've been to many hotels but never had such a great welcome. Regarding the room, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was heavenly. The breakfast options were delicious.

Not regarding the hotel, but the area. Kinda inconvenient that if you miss your turn you need to go quite a ways before you can flip a u-turn to correct the mistake.
