Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast wasn't great but there was enough variety to find something to eat. Great value hotel! We were there to visit Sea World so we did not spend a whole lot of time in the hotel. It is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, also close to the beach and of course Sea World.

The location is ghetto. Driving into the hotel we were thinking "What have we done?" Turned the corner at the adult store, and then a homeless van parked right across from the hotel. People screaming outside very early in the morning.

Comfort and breakfast

I was treated like a criminal when I thought I'd paid for 5 nights. A misunderstanding..they only charged me for 4. I had stayed here for 10 days. A hotel person came to my door and rudely accosted me with mistake. I said I'd come to office to pay, but they insisted I go now & be escorted! I didn't even have my shoes on! It was a misunderstanding that was rudely handed after I'd been a quiet, congenial customer. I'm 74 years old & was staying here after my husband's surgery. They Gleefully told me I had to pay $200! They behaved as if they had a victory over a client. I didn't deserve this treatment.

Breakfast was great, room was clean, efficient check in process.

Parking was super difficult, most of the staff was nice. There was a moment where the breakfast lounge was full. My wife found a table for her and our baby. A staff member told her the table was needed for larger groups. My wife explained that the rest of the family is serving themselves breakfast. The staff member seemed annoyed by her answer and that we were sitting there. She was annoyed a wife and baby was going to use it and then was still annoyed when she finds out that we actually need to use the whole table because we are all getting breakfast?

The beds and room its self were spacious and clean. I did appreciate the breakfast as well ( was the exact same all 3 days there).

The flow of the shower was really low and the staff wasn’t friendly nor presentable the first day. The location is also a little sketchy with a lot of homeless people in the area and right in front of the location.

Great location for what was needed. Breakfast selection was very good and quiet. Very much enjoyed the shower as it was high pressure and a lot of water came out.

My friend was going to check-in for me and I signed an authorization form but it took 5 phone calls to get it done because the lady on the phone didn’t send it the first 4 times so the 5th time, I stayed on the line until it was done. Parking spaces right next to the rooms were smaller than the spots across the parking lot so cars parked in multiple spots to fit. There was an occasional ant and flies in the room.

I normally don’t leave reviews but there were a few things that I think are important to mention about my stay. The rooms were great, the breakfast was great and most of the staff were great. The room was clean and pretty recently updated and everything worked which was nice. The breakfast was really good. They had a bigger spread than I’ve seen most hotels have recently. My only issue with the whole stay was one of the hotel front desk staff. When I arrived it was too early for check in but I decided to go to the hotel anyway because I know sometimes they may have a room open. Either way I planned to leave my luggage there because I had tickets to an event. When I arrived I told the lady at the front that I wanted to check in if possible but that I totally understand if it’s too early and if nothing was available could I please leave my bags. The lady was rude in response and said “yeah it’s 12:19 so you’re too early for a check in because check in is at 3” I told her it was no problem but could I leave my bags and she was rude and had a bad attitude the whole time. I had a few other interactions with her throughout the stay and she just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble or anything like that but spending so much money to stay somewhere and then being met with an attitude with every interaction doesn’t make me want to go back. Again the hotel is really nice and all of the other staff was great. Maybe this lady was having a bad week but that was the only bad part.

There was some construction going on which make it a little difficult for Uber drivers.

Property had great accessibility to all the fun in the city , and also easy to get onto highways . Beds were made up by the time we returned in the evenings and new toilet linens were provided and decluttered room . Respected my belongings and were helpful with our small requests

The plumbing was a bit of an issue in the mornings , would not flush and we’d wait half an hour-an hour with our business sitting in the toilet before we hoped our flushing luck would get better . Complimentary breakfast could have had more options but I liked their sausage links

Great hotel for the price. The room seemed to be recently updated. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of tv channels to choose from. Breakfast was grab and go but there was a nice selection of items in the bag. We appreciated the free parking. Very close to Old Town. Huge variety of stores and restaurants near by. There is a strip club right by the entrance that gives the impression that it’s a seedy area but it really isn’t.

Not really a complaint but the metal platforms under the beds were an issue for my husband. He constantly kicked it and made noise. I didn’t have that problem though lol

I absolutely will never stay anywhere else but this hotel we have stayed in a lot of hotels in that area but wow I mean when we came in John greeted us with the big smile they gave us a late check out we had our two dogs with us so it's always difficult traveling and they just made our stay wonderful. Their beds are so comfortable and the sheets were so soft and the pillows were soft also great! We always get a hotel rooms that have pillows that are so hard you can't sleep on them. The Maids were so friendly and they didn't wake us up in the morning, and they had a huge area that was all grass for the dogs! Having a beautiful clean room and new tiles and bathtub was awesome off the charts microwave refrigerator can't say enough great things about this place! Thank you so much!!

The Comfort Inn was very clean and the price was inexpensive. It’s in a really trashy area, but I did see people who were out for walks or runs, although I wouldn’t do it. In short, I only needed a place to stay for a couple of nights that was inexpensive and this fit the bill. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. It did have some rotted wood around the molding of the bathroom, but other than that, everything was very neat

Not much can be done about the area! Maybe get someone from maintenance to check each room for things like rotted wood. But other than that, everything was fine.
