Clean, great location

Receptionist over chatty, and she lacked common basic courtesy . She was talking with the client before us about personal family stuff without regar of our presence and the fact that we were there to check in , my dad a 87 year old man had to stand there waiting for her to actually acknowledge us, then she keeps talking to this client and we had to stand there until she was done, then she tried to do the same with us, talking about personal stuff and I was just worried about taking my dad to his room.

clean, the location was great, near SeaWorld, and Old Town the check-in clerk wasn't too friendly, I felt like was bothering him.

The elevator wasn't working great, and no Ice on the first floor.

The cleaning staff was extraordinary. They cleaned when we needed and didn’t bother us when we asked them not too.

There were lots of spiders. It was too loud at nighttime.

The room is well confort, the bathroom is very good.

They charged the parking lot(I knew it). No free breakfast, but there is a bakery Panera with the best candies.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, nice layout of the property and really quiet. Value for money was good, even on short notice. The location is easy to get to and provides good access to all kinds of places in SD, both by car and public transport. Security guards were patrolling the property at all times and housekeeping did a great job.

The bathroom exhaust for some reason doesn't take air out but blows it into the room, which didn't have a window to open. In turn, the moisture from showers got stuck everywhere - but there doesn't seem to be a mould problem (yet). Staff were not as professional as can be expected from a large chain hotel and could use some training or motivational leadership.

Honestly, I like the location of where it was in the city on top of that. He was so comfortable, spacious and roomy, and under the TV station, they had a pullout right? The table which you could use for a laptop, you could use it for food? And when I say, Taylor I mean, it could sit at least 6 or 8 people, then you can pull it out, and then back Or do whatever you need with it and then put it back under the TV and it fit like furniture, so you didn't even know it was there. They had a huge refrigerator coffee naked her in your room that was a keurigg. They had AA lounge leather chair with an ottoman, and the bed and the flooring was amazing. Honestly I liked it.I loved it and I will be returning.

Third time staying at this exact location. Location is great, busy area but the stay is allways great. Easy check in, check out. Staff was great as allways. Just across the bridge for easy access to Sea World and mission Beach/Belmont Park. Easy highway access.

Little noisy due to all the traffic. Current construction is an eye sore, No pool as advertised.

Overall, very nice would come back again. Facility was clean. Everything was close by , All staff was nice except one(Sandy) when I got ready to check out . She made eye contact, was very rude and ignored to check me out. Took 4 other people and never try to assist me, but besides her. A very nice, clean place to come, you would be very pleased. Also there is a $20 a night park fee add.

One very rude staff (Sandy) 😒. Need to be retrained in people skills.. And there a $20 a night parking fee ( I felt that was pretty steep).

the rooms are all newly remodeled and the beds are comfortable.

location, lots of people fighting and arguing in area. police at hotel twice in my 2 day visit. Won’t stay again

The room was nice and front desk service was very nice.

I was pleased with the room, however the floor was very dirty. When walking in the room barefoot and stepping into the shower....the dirt from my feet was black. This happened several times. The floors need to be mopped. Also, I did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door around 4:00 on Wednesday and when I opened the door.....just stepping out of the shower.....she asked in a rude way.....are you done? What does that mean? I still had one more night in the room.
