The kitchenette in the room was a great feature! Large fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, etc. If we had been staying longer, it would have been very useful. The breakfast was busy, but well stocked and maintained. Lots of choices for either hot or cold options with fruit for a snack while you’re out exploring the city. I saw people doing laundry and using the pool - which are both great amenities too! The driver for the shuttle from the airport was friendly and very sweet.

We didn’t realize we needed to call for the shuttle from the airport and it wasn’t on a continuous loop.. it wasn’t an issue at all as they were speedy and we didn’t wait but a few minutes. Just didn’t know ahead of time is all.

Not sure how I might have messed up on the app but we never got any housekeeping during g our 6 night stay. I might have said ‘no’, thinking they come in everyday. Our 3rd day fell on Xmas day. Didn’t get service following day. Then there was no point as we only had one more night to go, so we made ‘do’ with loo paper, soap shortage and put our trash out in hallway.

We had an early morning flight, so chose to stay here due to the location. It was perfect. Their shuttle is easy and reliable. From the map, we couldn't tell if we could get to restaurants after returning our rental car, but that was no problem. It is just a short walk to a few restaurants. The staff is helpful and responsive.

bathroom fan didn't work, but that's about it. It was a good value. We would stay there again.

It's a great place, the staff was super helpful. We were just sleeping there for a layover so we didn't really had time to enjoy the place. We had to leave very early to catch our flight and the hotel had shuttle to go to the airport.

Not that it is the hotel's fault but at the airport, nobody seems to know this hotel nor where it was. I asked at information desk and it seems like it was the first time they were hearing about this hotel. Then same with the Taxi driver, so much so that he got confuse and was bringing us to the wrong direction (hopefully, I was checking on my phone map and realized it quickly). I'm not native English speaker but I was showing the name of the place and the address on my phone. Maybe it was just bad luck.

Easy location, clean room, loved the laptop desk to use in bed so I could watch tv while catching up on emails and reports. Breakfast was good but I don’t love the individuality wrapped sandwiches, seems like single-use waste that unnecessary and I was surprised to see it in California. Probably a great location but I was there on the grayest, rainiest day possible so I had no idea there was a beach or even the harbor nearby. Good to know for next time.

Maybe the worst shower head and water pressure in the history of the world. I genuinely wasn’t sure it could even rinse the shampoo out of my hair, I was actually shocked at how terrible it was. The bathroom is very nice and clean, I just couldn’t believe how awful the shower was.

I loved the energy conserving lighting system that required your key card to activate the lighting. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. The egg/cheese English muffin was tasteless. Too much cheese and not enough egg. The other option was a spinach quiche which looked burnt. Both items were premade and in wrappers. The one “fresh” item was the oatmeal and that was almost gone. would have loved some cut up fruit(melons) versus the whole fruit.

The complimentary breakfast options exceeded expectations for sure and the staff were really nice

We booked a 2 queen room as we needed separate beds and they gave us a room with one bed and then said they couldn’t accommodate our pre paid 2 beds as they were full. I thought that was bizarre . If someone pre pays for something 2 months in advance you should set that specific room type aside for the day they arrive

Kitchen was great as was having a bathtub. Perla and Julio were fantastic.

The airport shuttle says Hampton inn on front and on the side front. Towne place is mentioned toward the rear sides. Unless you are really studying the bus you will miss the shuttle. Marriott should have communicated that in an email or when I called the day before to inquire about a shuttle

The location is great. I literally walked to the airport for 11 minutes and arrived on time. They do have a Shuttle to the airport but I needed to leave at 4am and the shuttle would not depart on time.

There was a funky smell in my room and restroom. It smelled like weed or a skunk. I think it was coming through the vents.

Location was convenient for our short stay

No airport shuttle other than maybe getting a spot on the next door shuttle.
