Our harbor view was obstructed by the lobby roof. That room should be appropriately labeled as partial view and offered at a discounted price or an option.

I loved the location of this hotel, right at the ocean harbor, only minutes away from the airport.

The staff wasn't really friendly or welcoming. I had to upgrade my room to suite as my last room was very tight, yet after the upgrade I was disappointed. I upgraded to a family suite, you would think that in a suite you should get everything up to mark but walls had cracks where they hung the toilet paper. Very poor paint job done on the ceiling. Carpet was very old and dirty. It didn't feel like I was staying at Hilton

We moved to 3 different rooms. The first one the air conditioner blower was so kind and the view was not bad our view was of the roof. The 2nd one the air conditioner didn’t work so they gave us a fan but we couldn’t handle that. Finally the 3rd room had a great view and the air conditioner worked. Also the beds are a bit hard. Not too comfortable.

The second set of employees at check-in were just plain rude and immediately tried to turn the problem onto me. The first person I asked about checking in looked at my reservation and said there would be no problem for my daughter to check-in when she arrived as the room had already been paid for. The second pair wouldn't let her register and she had to call me to come down. It just got worse after that. The girl was surly and the manager wasn't any better. I just got the feeling that they were going to show me they were in charge and I had no right to question their policies. I was happy when I got there and furious when I left.

It is the perfect location to watch the action on the bay. (Saw the Nimitz return!) Next up in excellence, the bed and pillows. Brought my own pillow and for the first time did not use it! (Just purchased one!) The staff was very responsive and friendly.

There was no room service which is a "must" for breakfast. Bathroom supplies were tiny. Given the price of the room, these items should be more substantial. I did ask for more and got them but the overall impression is "cheap". Bathroom itself could use some paint touchups and some non-slip material in the tub for safety.

Clean and pleasant room with spectacular balcony view of San Diego. Bed was very comfortable. The food was beyond expectation, delicious with an amazing chocolate ice cream dessert, and everyone was helpful, welcoming and friendly. I will definitely come here again. Very nice shuttle to airport.

Nothing. I really had an unexpectedly wonderful stay after my flight was cancelled and I was feeling discouraged. A full moon even rose over the city in the evening!

Nice view, great location. The staff at the hotel bar were friendly and professional. The menu, however, was meh. The appetizer I ordered was pretzel bites—the exact same kind I buy at CostCo. And the cheese dip seemed like off-brand nacho queso. Kind of not cool for the price they charge! Still, overall, a very good stay. I'll just find another restaurant next time.

Visiting my family, I loved the location and the views. Since I flew in, proximity to the airport plus shuttle service was key. I booked the room for my last night in SD, so family would not have to drive me the next morning. I had 7 of my family members join me at your restaurant for dinner. Your Supervisory Manager was outstanding, and staff very nice.

Room was a good size and the balcony view was wonderful. There was a proper shower, not a shower over bath (hate showers over bath tubs). The lighting in the bathroom was great. Housekeeping were prompt and even rang to confirm it was ok to deliver towels since we had do-not-disturb sign up.

The parking fee of $35 per night is outrageous. For the price of a room it should be included. The parking spaces are small and overall parking is terrible and needs to be free for at least 1 car per room and there need to be larger spaces.

I liked being on the Water and watching the Navy and Commercial vessels cruise by the channel and go out to sea. I swam everyday in the pool. Our last evening, we ate in the hotel and enjoyed a cozy table by the fireplace and watched the sunset. Nice.

We arrived Late and no food available. We didn't like no micro in the room. Staff gave us a menu to order from a place in downtown and it took 3 hours for that delivery and came very late at night. Missing the sodas.
